I came to leave a review. But I see everyone is complaining. Seems like this store needs new management or something. I ordered wings and they were prepared with laziness. My wings were supposed to be hot & bbq. As you can see from the photo, my wings aren’t even covered in sauce. They obviously put the wings into the to go container and poured sauce on top instead of saucing them properly. My very first job when I was 18 was at Wing Stop. This is not how they should look. Terrible service! Wing Stop, do better.

I was so hungry after a long day of shopping, and I saw wingstop by the walmart and I said, let me check out the menu, now 6 wings bone in with fries and a drink is almost eighteen dollars. Yet I was put off by the taste of the wings. It tasted like this detergent or something that didn’t belong in a sauce or on a chicken wing, that was my first time and I was excited. Now i’m not. Now cashier and the gentleman who gave me my bag.Great customer service hospitality. I don’t know what they’re doing back there in that kitchen , I seen one person with gloves and they were scrolling on the screen like everybody else with bear hands. so that taste was awful. Not affected consumption. And i’m Chef.

I usually order delivery from this location and for the most part my orders have been fine. But today I decided to stop by and pick up my order. I was disgusted when I walked in. The front door and glass was nasty and looked liked it have not been cleaned in weeks. I did tell the cashier that gave me my order that the door needed to be cleaned. Overall my food was good.

My husband and I first time eating at Wingstop. This location is a No No No. Wingstop aka don’t stop. food being cold, poorly cooked, and unappetizing, as well as cleanliness issues, like dirty tablets. Seasoned fries weren’t seasoned. Food cooked less than 10mins. Can’t even smell the food being cooked. Omg the worse experience ever. We would’ve been better off at McDonald’s with a 5$ Mc Value meal. The only thing that was pleasing to me was the condiments the Bleu Cheese and Ranch Dipping sauce. Will never return back to this location and I will not recommend it.

I would give this place negative stars. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE, the customer service was awful I never had so many bad experiences in one place before first of all the workers are not professional at all you can hear them all just watching TikTok literally in front of everyone with the volume at full blast and the videos they were watching were saying some inappropriate stuff and I went with my little sister which makes it NOT kid friendly. I also witnessed the staff flirting with the customers and you can tell that she was very uncomfortable. When we finally did receive the food it was just awful and the portions were so small and one worker started literally yelling on the phone with a customer just because she couldn’t hear her there’s no need to yell in my opinion. And don’t even get me started on Devin he was the worst… he asked how our food was and I was honest and he apologized and offered free wings from how terrible our food was and even after declining he kept insisting so i wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt.. so me and my sister waited for an extra 20 minutes only for him to act like nothing happened and was asking if we needed anything and to come back so like you made me waste more of my time for no reason and I just ended up looking dumb waiting for no nothing. That’s for sure I’m NEVER going back again.

I went there to pick up a delivery order. The staff is very rude. They told me that the order is going to be ready in few minutes multiple times when I asked them. After 46 mins passed they told me that they didn’t have the order and told me I can cancel it if want and someone would take it. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a takeout food place. Called when our order was supposed to be delivered to find out that they hadn’t even started working on it yet. It took eight calls for us to even get through to someone and after we did, we were put on hold for eight minutes and then hung up on. Once we finally were able to get a hold of somebody and actually talk to them. They told us that they’re not responsible to talk to customers and that they wouldn’t be making our order and just ended up canceling it so we never got food for the event that we had ordered it for. Would not recommend. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

We stop by this location for dinner. The cashier on duty greeted us and was efficient in taking our order. We were served in under 10 minutes and our food was hot. If you like spicy you should definitely try the atomic. The hot honey rub is also a great choice. The dining area was also clean. Overall a great customer experience.

I tried wings at wingstop franchise and both times the wings sucked they were chewy when they are actually softly cooked they must precook their wings beyond the perfect tasty point that’s probably why they are more known for tenders not the wings they should consider changing their name to chicken stop not wingstop
