I NEVER leave reviews but…..
When I entered the restaurant it was empty with thr exception of a gentleman who had already been served, it took a bit for someone to help me and when she did emerge from the back she was on her phone texting. She continued to text while I waited and when I said hello she told me to wait!! She then took her time to finish her text and then also proceeded to make a phone call in which she put her earbud in and was ON THE PHONE the entire time she waited on me.
At one point I even said, I’m sorry Im having a hard time figuring out if you are speaking to me or your phone call and she responds with ok!? Upon leaving I told her that I thought this was extremely rude and she said “Happy New Year”
I’m sorry but you are being paid for a service in which you interact with humans face to face, being on your phone during this entire process is so very very rude!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a mobile app order inside the store to receive the $6.99 promotion. So I advised the lady of this, and told her I can just tell her what I put on my sandwich. So after the lady removed my sandwich from the toaster she proceeded to try to put mayo on my sub. I advised her I want spinach, she then continued to go back and fourth with me saying the mayo goes first. I told her it is my sandwich, and this is what I want first. She then proceeded to put barely any spinach on my sub, and the spinach she put on my sub was molded, she did this to be funny. So I requested a refund, her and the other lady working there both told me no refunds. I have never heard of anyone not being able to get a refund. So I was forced to continue to go back and fourth with her on what I wanted on my sub and how much. This is the second time I have went through this at this location. I waited a few months to go back and try with them again which was today and it was another horrible experience. Which almost made me late to work, going back and fourth arguing with her on what I want on my sub that I paid for and that I’m going to eat. Someone should advise their staff that your not gonna put what you want on someone’s sub that they paid for and that they are going to eat. Horrible experience once again at this location. I will not be going there again, I will be going back to my usual location. Upon completing my review I see below my review another complaint with the same lady. Which the reviewer (Nichole Brown) has a picture of the lady on her review that I had this experience with. Which she also had a bad experience with.

Frustration #1: Ordered online for curbside pickup, which is clearly noted on the receipt. At arrival, I drove all around the location, both front and back, and saw no signage or indication of curbside pick up. Waited in front of the store for a couple of minutes, and could see an employee looking at me, but he made no movement. I went into the store, got my order, and asked about curbside. Employee looked at receipt, and said “Oh yeah, I would have met you if I had noticed” I inquired as to location of pick up, and he said “in the back”. I then drove all around the plaza again, noting no signage or even a Subway sign in back! I noted address and found the Subway back door, again just a door with the address number. How could anyone know curbside was available, where to go, or how to alert store you were there?
Frustration #2: Asked for sauces on the side for the 2 subs I ordered. Sauce had been added to one, and sauce was also in the bag. Other sub had no sauce, as requested, but the sauce in the bag was wrong.
Frustration #3: Ate a portion of each sub. The Philly- Toppings were good, but meat was heavily flavored to remind one of a Philly cheese steak, and was not a pleasant flavor.
The Dangerwich- again liked the toppings, but the pepperoni overpowered the whole sandwich, and the sub was much better without them. I ate the pepperon separately. Made it more balanced, and one could taste all of the ingredients. I think this sub is only available online.
Frustration #4..the worst one! The diarrhea I experienced the next day was bad!
Never ordering from Subway again!

Subway may have redeemed itself a little in my eyes, but not much. I vowed I would not return, but the buy one, get one free promotion, if ordered through the app, was too good to pass up. I purchased a Turkey Titan and a BLT, both 12 inch subs. I asked that the sauces be placed on the side, and miraculously they were! I ate half of the turkey sub, and it tasted good. To my dismay, a short bout of diarrhea hit several hours later, and there was no doubt the sandwich was the culprit. The next day, I experimented by heating only the turkey and cheese from the other sub half. I heated the meat very well, as I assumed it was the culprit of my sudden displeasure. I ate the turkey, along with an avacado I supplied, and it still tasted good. The results: no problems were encountered! So was the turkey the source, with the “bugs” being killed by the heating OR was another element of the sandwich the culprit? We may never know, but I’d love know if other diners of this particular Subway have had this unpleasant gastro situation.

I always order through the app and pick it up, so I can’t comment on the employees or inside the store experience, but half of my sub bread (italian herbs & cheese) was raw today. Doughy and gross.

I placed an order through the app and immediately noticed that the sandwich was wrong and called the location to let them know because I wasn’t picking up for 45 minutes. The person on the phone said that my order had not come through yet, I said ok and called back and she said it still had not come through. I arrived to pick up and as I expected the sandwich was wrong. I patiently waited in line and told the employee she stated that she would take everything off the sandwich and add what I wanted. I explained that I simply wanted a fresh sandwich with only cheese mayo and pickle. She became very irate yelling that it was not her fault and she would only take the items off the old sandwich. After 5 minutes of her yelling it wasn’t her fault 2 other customers chimed in to let her know she was wrong and that she should just make the sandwich. She finally made the sandwich after 2 phone calls and 15 minutes in the store. Her rudeness was unnecessary and very frustrating. I will never visit this location again. If you like to feel like a valued patron, don’t spend your money here.

I can’t really say the Subway (or any Subway) actually has “atmosphere”, but they do have tables to sit and eat comfortably, and be in the air-conditioning and not out in the heat … but we always get our subs “to go” and take them home to eat, also in the air-conditioning, lol.
Subway has good selections of subs, flat bread selections & some dessert items … all of rhe subs that I’ve tried have been delicious …)

This was possibly the worst managed Subway I’ve ever been to, not to mention the blatant health code violations. When I stepped in I was immediately told to get in line at the end of the counter and would be helped in a few minutes. When I was helped It felt extremely rushed and the employees were talking among themselves as if I wasn’t there right infront of them. This is the worst part though, when making my sandwich the woman had her phone ONTOP OF THE PREP LINE, and was touching it and tapping on the screen with her gloves on in between steps of my sandwich. She did not change her gloves once before or after making my sandwich, and after ringing me up (touching the register with gloves still on) picked up her phone to message somebody. I did not see if she changed her gloves after this though for I had left the building. I also witnessed multiple employees touching their faces or hair while on the prep line, I also watched some girl wipe her hands on her pants. This is by far the worst experience with subway I’ve had in a long time.

The 2 Ladies that were here, worked well together. (“D”(Dharati), and Rachael. Very friendly and patient with each other and patrons. Very thorough! Men’s Bathroom is pristine clean! The mailer coupon allowed me to buy 3 foot long subs, #6 The Boss Sub, #23 Hotshot Italiano Sub, and #40 Turkey bacon avocado sub , total price $19.66. That boils down to only $6.55 per sub. I was so excited and pleased I gave a 15% tip. Thank you all! Glory be to The Father Yahweh, Jesus Christ and Holy Ghost forever, AMEN!

Love Subway. The food is good. However, i occasionally notice vegetables that should be thrown out. Like browning lettuce.
New upgrades inside. Don’t like that they changed where you can no longer see the meat and cheese. Makes me wonder why?
And they no longer have a picture of bread types on the glass, so you have to ask. It seems like a silly change as it slows the line down.
