Overall, a five! Because the service was great and they made my sub, large spicy Italian, one ea. exactly to spec.
I hadn’t eaten at a subway in a few years, just because I like Philly steaks, and only get those from a restaurant.
But, for a good lunch, and a great sub sandwich, the subway in Shenango across from the high school is really waaay better than I expected.
So, five stars, based on service and the Spicy Italian sub being actually good.

Don’t order Online for pickup; they will put the veggies in the bread, and then then they will toast the meat, cheese, and veggies at the same time. My veggies( green pepper and Spinach) were burned( black). the taste of the burned veggies was not good.

Now this place here should be ashamed of herself these little kids they got working with no one working behind them I’m talking about 18 and I guess 16 year old I guess the little girl was but yes I’m black as you probably already know and it was a white guy there and the boy was making the white guy sandwich by the time it got to me I was sitting there watching a girl making it online order she took the white man’s daughter never asked me if I was ready I just left I was so done never eat at this place as a black person or money is not green

Awful place, horrible manager and corporate needs to check in on this franchise. The manager has zero respect for their customers and should not have a job in service. I will never eat there again in my life, nor will anyone I know. My brand new Mercedes would not go out of park, I promptly called to notify the store (There where 20 other available parking spots) that a special wrecker was required to tow the car and triple A would not be available for a few hours. Next thing I know my car is no longer there, I had to call a store employee and beg the manager to tell me where my 50k car was. The manager stated she was “too busy” to call me or discuss where my car was. I promptly told the employee if the manager didn’t reach out I would call the police. I have no problem paying the $175 tow fee considering that’s easily what I spend eating there. I’ll just simply go somewhere else.

The food was good and the service was amazing definitely give Trevor a raise he made my sandwich and helped hold my Johnson so I could pee while righting this good man he is just gotta say there was some shady middle eastern kid I think he was selling weed there but I’m just assuming that cause he is middle eastern

Got the BLT and the girl only gave me 2 pieces of bacon instead of 4 on the 6 inch, I asked her about it, she said “no only 2.” So I just let it go although I know it’s 4 I’ve been eating this sub for like 5 years now so I know. Also she had an attitude and she gave me so much lettuce I felt like I was eating a lettuce and cheese sandwich lol it wasn’t good

I arrived at 8:58 AM. People were inside and lights were on, so I walked in. The lady behind the register scolded me like I was a child saying “the sign isn’t on so I’m not open till 9 (remember it’s 8:59). That was ridiculous, so I waited. At 9:02, I walked back in. They let me stand there for 5 minutes while they slammed pans and dishes, all the while glancing at me, but never helping me or acknowledging that I was there. NOT EVEN A GREETING!!! This place is terrible, please do not waste your time in this low-down, dirty, disrespectful place. Thank you for your time.
