Ssssssooooooo good! We stopped going when this was run by the previous owners because the food made us sick. We decided to give it a try with Dick owning now. We will definitely be back. Pizza = amazing! Cheese garlic bread = amazing! Can’t wait to try some other menu items

Amazing food and great local place. Family owned local country business… breath of fresh air!

Hey Coconut Cup, FSC, and NICA MTB racers, check this place out… they’re less than 10 minutes from the Caloosahatchee Regional Park Mountain Bike Trailhead and the baked Chicken parmesan was incredible…

Mudder Ducker approved!

DICK IS BACK!!! Been going to Alva market for a LONG time back when Dick was the original owner(we dont talk about the Richie years). Well Dick is now back and the food is as good as ever! I am always greeted by amazing staff and the Pizza is the best in SWFL (and I LOVE DHOP). This place is such a amazing local spot, I love to get a Italian sub and the Sweet Tea is perfect! Goes to show you will find the best food in some of the smallest hole in the wall locations. If you are reading this, GO GET FOOD HERE, its one of the best NY style Italian food spots you will eat in SWFL and welcome back to the man, the legend and the ultimate chef, DICK!!!

The Alva Village Market isn’t trying to be fancy, but it turned out a perfectly good breakfast for us this morning. Sitting along Palm Beach Boulevard, it works as both a convenience store and a small quick‑order grill, the kind of spot that quietly keeps the neighborhood running. We ordered a ham and cheese omelet with toast, cooked just right and served without pretense on paper plates, with cutlery waiting on the counter beside the self‑serve coffee. It’s simple, unfussy, and exactly what you expect from a place like this, which is part of its charm.

First time having their pizza and WOW. Called in our order for pick up. Given an estimate of 30 minutes and it was done right on time. We ordered a small pep, a large vegetarian with pep added, and a large cheese. We also added a Greek salad. All the reviews and hype about this place is all true. The place itself isn’t anything to look at. I’m sure lots of people drive by this place having no idea what they are passing. You drive up and you expect to walk into a convenient store set up, but the only thing here that resembles that is the wall coolers with all your beverages. The rest is open with tables to sit and enjoy your freshly made pizza or other food. Don’t forget to grab yourself a drink from the cooler. You can have a beer while you wait for your food. It isn’t anything fancy inside, but The Pizza makes this place a hidden in plain site gem. Lots of cheese and just the right amount of sauce. Nice crunch to the crust mmmm. The Greek salad is a very generous amount. My only complaint is that the lettuce was yellow iceberg lettuce. They could have used better greens for the salad, but everything else in it was awesome, so not too big of a deal for me. I’m looking forward to trying their other items on the menu, because I hear they are just as yummy.

Had a fresh pie made, was happy with it! Overall not a bad stop to kill time and get a bite to eat. The table games are always fun too. definitely needs to be cleaned a bit more often though, my only “complaint”..

ORIGINAL OWNER IS BACK!!!! Locally owned and operated with pride. Best pizza you can get in Southwest Florida. Better then Pizza D-Lux, Downtown House of Pizza (DHOP), Sal Cals or any chain. Sold by the slice or the whole and the environment is just right.

We just moved to the area and were hoping to find a good pizza place. We can stop looking. Great service, great pizza, great salad, close to home. We look forward to trying more dishes.

Don’t waste your money. They’ll charge you for missing toppings. Send you home with hard/burnt black pizza. And no one in there cares to make it right. Consistent issue. No longer will support the business.

Edit to add: Owner replied issue corrected 10min later… after we called, reordered and drove back to exchange inedible food all at our expense. Owner was not present. Employee did not care.

Unfortunately read a previous review that takes the words right out of my mouth. Made the mistake of opening the box when I got home. My three topping pizza looked like a cheese pizza with mushrooms on half, and not many at that! Soggy in the middle. Called as soon as I got home and while the young man who answered the phone appeared to want to help, when I asked for the manager, he said that he was busy doing something. Left my name and number and no call. Suggested that the sausage “sunk into the cheese” 🙁
