Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at this location MULTIPLE times. The staff working the window-specifically one employee acts so put out to serve you. On one occasion, he dropped my change as he tried to hand it out the window and didn’t bad eye or apologize. He also does not ask to scan your rewards so if you forget, you don’t get points that visit. Today when I went to the drive-through, he was busy typing on a phone and made zero conversation while I waited for my coffee. You’re lucky if he tells you thank you and have a good day. The coffee is delicious because red leaf is a good product but I’d recommend avoiding this location until they train up the staff on some customer service skills.

Wonderful service really genuinely gracious and welcoming.Breakfast sandwiches outstanding and the extra large black americano coffee was hot strong. Exceptional experience the owners are doing it right it seems. I find it so important to point this out as a long distance truck driver coming from other side of continent this place if this normal operation and quality they deserve your business and support . A wonderful coffee experience!! My husband had the goldrush latte and I got the maple vanilla – both were stellar! Their coffee is very smooth and a good level of sweetness. This was our first experience at a Red Leaf and the barista was very helpful as we selected our beverages. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love everything about red leaf coffee! I used to be a regular Starbucks goer, but after I discovered red leaf I completely stopped going to Starbucks and red leaf has become my go-to for all things coffee and tasty treats! Their employees are always polite and friendly. The prices are fair in today’s market. The best part in my opinion is the fact that they offer dye-free syrups and organic coffee. I highly recommend any location, I’ve been to all of the ones in the area and they are all magnificent!

I travel from Portland heading north allot and try to stop here on the way. The coffee is great but for someone who normally just gets drip coffee, waiting in the drive-thru is not usually an option. I wish the lobby would open at 7: 00 for a quick stop in.

So I normally frequent this location as I work right down the street. I decided to get a vital green shake, which is usually delicious, but this time I decided to use rewards that I had accumulated. I had a reward for any drink of my choice so I chose to get a 24 oz size for my drink and when I got to the window and informed the barista that I wanted to use my rewards he very rudely informed me that I could only use my rewards for 16 oz drinks. I apologized and informed him that I wasn’t aware of that, but that I had assumed I could get any size because I didn’t select the 16 oz drink option for my rewards which is the tier below the amount of points that I had. So I kindly ask if he can change my drink to a 16 oz and he rolls his eyes and tells me that he’ll just charge me for a 16 oz. When I receive my drink he doesn’t say a word to me and as I drive away I take a sip of my drink and it is all chunks of ice to the point where I’m struggling to sip any of my drink through the straw. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or what was happening behind the scenes but it made for a very disappointing experience for me. The staff at this location is usually very kind but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I’m not very inclined to revisit at the time that I had stopped by.

Great coffee, will still go back(likely to a different location). You guys need a better handle on the fly problem inside. As I type this there have been 3 that have landed on me simultaneously. I invited my dad out for coffee here and I’m embarrassed for having done so; it’s borderline disgusting to think on. Please find another deterrent other than a dang fly swatter. That being said if there’re other anti fly devices about that I’m not seeing let me be the first to say you need more.

I had high hopes from being recommended to check red leaf out and was sadly pretty dissapointed upon actually receiving the drinks. It’s scorching outside so we decided to get just a small smoothie & Small passion tea, it was about $10 which Is Ok in today’s economy however when we pulled up I noted about 2-3 flies flying around and walking all along the coffee brewing station. I couldn’t look past that and decided to just not drink mine at all and go up a few miles to another stand, My partner went ahead and tried his and said it was nothing special, very artificial tasting and don’t think we would be returning. Staff were patient and kind so there’s a plus.
