Messed up my girlfriend’s order, politely asked if they can fix it and said no! She’s allergic to ham, so she had to then eat nothing because of their stupidity. TERRIBLE. Go to the one in Mcsherrystown, much better.

The lady was nice but never changed her gloves between the guy ahead of me an my orders with fake long nails too . They also need to pull their hair up in a pony tail more I had a hair in my sub that wasn’t mine. The dinning area was actually one of the cleaner ones I have seen but I don’t plan on returning.

Some lady with brown hair and a little older maybe high 30s or 40s was really nasty to my brother. He has a learning disability and she would say things like “that’s what I just said” having a learning disability is hard and I understand a job in retail is frustrating as I myself work in retail she was beyond nasty. Looking back I wish I would’ve said something. Whoever this is should not be allowed a job helping with customers as she is not pleasant at all.

Love this Subway. It’s nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and they take extra measures to make sure you have a nice meal. While I was in they had a van of special needs adults arrive for lunch. The staff were very kind and patient to each and every one of the customers actually to an impressive degree. The best part came when the group left and the staff said to one another that they loved it when the group came in. It was so nice and they probably had no idea I heard them. The food here is always nice and fresh. I like that they have cherry peppers and spinach as toppings. The bread is nice and actually fresh here, no hard dry ends like at some Subway’s.

Came in to eat, the young girl was more concerned about being on her phone and not really doing her job. A guy came in behind me and she ended up taking his order well he was asking questions about his food and she walked away saying “why do you gotta ask so many questions” made a joke about how they were on TikTok and they got interrupted with customers and how TikTok is more important. The older lady who took my order beside what they were talking about she did good with making my food. Haven’t been able to go to any of the subways in Hanover without problems. I’m sorry just do better with customer service and stay off your phone. I worked in fast food it’s not that hard to do your job if you can’t handle the job you do find a new one.

It’s a pretty typical Subway. Dining room has plenty of seating, more than most other Subways around the area. Never really had any issues with the food quality. The owners of this store seem to be a little stingy on portion sizes and if you get one of them or even if they are just there supervising your probably not going to get as big a portion size as you might otherwise get.

Ordered two subs on the app this morning at 8:30. Picked them up and when I got home both subs were wrong! When I called in to say something the woman that was there (“the manager”) ALREADY KNEW THAT SHE MESSED UP BOTH SUBS! All she did was offer a 10% discount. I went back in to see if there was someone higher up than her in the store and she got snotty with me and said she could only give me 10%. I asked her to just remake the subs and she had to call someone (I’m guessing the store owner) to ask if it was okay to remake them! In the end I did get my subs remade after a five minute conversation with him and her being snarky and going in the back of the store while I was on the phone with the owner. Never going back to this store!
