Not sure what happened with my pizza but the crust is literally paper thin. I’m glad I got stuffed crust because the pizza part isn’t good and the chicken tastes off. Guess I should have checked the reviews before ordering from here. I will definitely stick to Domino’s down the road from here, at least they’re good.

Where do I even begin anytime we place an order for delivery it comes from here not sure why but we don’t complain it’s usually being delivered by DoorDash anyway. This particular time was by far the worst we waited for over an hour for two pizzas to be delivered so I decided to call the store Trent answered the phone and I asked why our pizza was taking so long he tells me that “Because I was paying cash the door dasher takes longer because they aren’t sure if they will receive a tip” which is a crazy excuse to not want to pick up and deliver a pizza. So my husband went to pick it up since it was going on two hours and my children have not had dinner yet before going to bed. I called back to the store wanting to speak to the manager James and he gave another bogus excuse saying that there aren’t many door dashers in that area on Sunday’s and they don’t have any drivers. Both Trent and James hung up on me twice and gave excuses that the phones were broken. If the phone was broken why didn’t you call back and explain what happened? If you can have your pizza delivered from a different location with better customer service please do save yourself the time and money.

First time I have ever seen a pizza with half crust. There was no sauce or cheese on half of the pizza. The crust was burnt even the Kids wouldn’t eat it. It was also the first time this location delivered the order so quickly. Maybe it was rushed, but it was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had.

I have ordered from this location 2 times and I’ve had terrible experience both times. The first time the delivery driver got to my place and only had the Pepsi I had ordered and said he had left the pizza at another house. He left and we waited 20 min and he still hadn’t returned, I called the place and requested I have the order redone because I had no idea where my food was left at and because it had been an extra 20-25 since left it there and it was probably cold. They agreed to redo the food. Tonight I ordered again at 8:58 PM, ETA said 9:29-9:39, it was 10:01 when I called to ask where my order was at and apparently it was still there, it was finally delivered at 10:23 PM, the pizza was cold and the wings were under cooked. TERRIBLE service, I will definitely not be ordering here again.

Papa John’s is rarely wrong or incorrect when it comes to orders as a delivery driver and their food is always on point. I’ve been to many different Papa John’s and every single one has the nicest staff members.

I ordered my pizza on line at 7:10pm. Was not informed they had no delivery drivers. I called and was told Uber was delivering my pizza due to no drivers. I did not receive my pizza until 8:40pm. I was not given a discount or nothing. When my pizza was delivered it was Luke warm. Worst pizza ever

My family ordered some food and it still didn’t come for two hours. My husband called up there twice and the manager Nick was so rude it was unbelievable. He told my husband when the pizza gets there if it’s not to your liking to bring it up to the store. So I decided to take it back because the order was cold and the wrong chicken. By no means am I one to be mad at food, but when I got there he lied and said that he never told my husband to bring the food up there and that he could void the ticket from the phone. Then he asked if I wanted the cold food. I told him that I wasn’t going to feed cold food to my kids. Nick had an horrible customer service skills. This man needs to get fired the way he talks to his customers. I will not be ordering from the place of business anymore. I really hope corporate reads this. I’m calling them now to because the way we were treated is out of hand.
