Edit : Most recent visit disappointed us again. My youngest daughter ordered the Mexican pizza. The crispy shell part was rancid. This location has a problem. They are trying to keep food too long after being fried or they are using old rancid oil . Either way this was our last visit. BTW I just ate 24hr old chips from another location and they were still crispy and good with no bad taste. I’ll try more at 48 hrs to see if it develops as bad of taste as we have been served at this location . This location has to be doing something wrong and someone is going to get sick. You can’t just mask rotten old food with sauce or cheese , and you can’t just add more cinnamon sugar to the twists to hide it. I didn’t even bother with complaining about the cinnamon twists again.
(Previous visit)We have tried coming to this location since it’s newer but this location has let us down. The Service is bad. It has taken a really long time to get food on one visit. This visit we pre-ordered online and had to wait 10 minutes at the counter while workers looked , but ignored. Finally after all the drive through orders were filled they filled one inside order and came to the counter. Then they said “oh yeah yours will be up” to which i said ” it was already done before I arrived”. To top off the visit, the food was cold, they put the wrong items in the wrong box, and they gave us RANCID cinnamon twists again. How long are you keeping cinnamon twists that they taste rancid??? And why are you mixing them with fresh ones. This has to stop. This can’t be a mistake twice and for all 4 of our orders. You eat a few and then get some that taste absolutely horrible, my daughter is spitting it out.

My family and I came in for a quick dinner, but the experience was extremely disappointing. My son ordered the chicken strips, and when the food arrived, there was what looked exactly like green snot on one of the strips. It was absolutely unacceptable and honestly pretty disturbing.
On top of that, the inside of the store was filthy. Tables were dirty, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and the drink station was a mess. It did not feel sanitary at all.
We ended up leaving without finishing our food. I hope management takes this seriously because this location needs major improvement.

Idk what it is about this location, but when you order from here the food sucks!!! Ordered the chicken bacon ranch chalupas and they both were hard a s a rock!!! Hard enough to chip a tooth!!! Hadnt been here in a while because at night the fod is either underprepared or over cooked!! No way these chalupas should be hard enough to chip a tooth and no exageration….the kids you have working there at night seriously need supervision…not the first time service and food come out severly poor!!!!! Couldnt even open one not even a litle bit to put sauce inside….tasted and felt like they weee kept under a heat lamp for hours!! Get somebody to supervise these kids or stop hiring them…this just reminded me why I stopped going there…food sucks bad!!!!! This place should close down or improve the quality…its horrible

My first order was at 6:30 they get it wrong so I drive there a second time and ask for a remake I then take that home and again it’s wrong. I call to tell them it’s wrong and all they say is “if you want to drive back I can remake it”. No I don’t want to drive there three times but that’s the only way to get a refund. Instead of turning a terrible experience better upon my third arrival at 8:00 they want to argue that I can’t have a refund and my food. It’s two value menu burritos I’m not going to ruin your bonus if you try and make a customer happy this store needs some customer service training bad. A mistake is an opportunity to make a happy customer not make them waste a gallon of gas and end up eating somewhere else entirely anyways. You lost money today making and order twice and refunding it anyways.

Only “bad” thing it’s not non-tech people friendly. While we waited a couple and an older man came in. The older man tried after asking us (no one was close by) and tried using the kiosk, but eventually asked for a person. Then the couple (a bit younger) asked if they could order with the person and that person said “I really can’t help you I’m packing a bag, can you use the kiosk ” and it kinda was rude, but I understand what annoyed me was it looked like a manager was standing there looking at the paperwork on the wall instead of taking the orders.

I’ve been holding off on making a review but today I decided to do so after reading other reviews. My issue isn’t so much the food as it is the customer service. Every once in a while, I’ve been lucky enough to run into somebody there who is very cheerful and polite, but most of the time that’s not the case. I had one encounter where there was a buzzing outside at the drive-through and the girl that was taking the order was talking very quietly and she had asked me a question about my order, but I could not understand her. I had to keep asking “what”, I was embarrassed that I couldn’t hear her. I tried to explain to her that there was a buzzing then all of a sudden there is a guy on the speaker, yelling the question at me. Once I’ve completed my order, I drive around to make my payment. The girl that was taking my order is also the one to take my payment. She was rude and practically threw my bag at me. Every time I go there, she hides behind the younger employee and it is so freaking awkward. The way the employee acted, over something so minor is just weird. I keep returning to this location because it’s really close to my work and when I’m in a hurry for my lunchtime, I go there because of the convenience.

I worked at Tacobell so I know how stuff should be served. This spicy potato soft taco literally had 2 potato pieces and 3 potato crumbs. Do not recommend this location. The one off 1604 is much better

BE VERY CARFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION!!
Ordered through drive through like normal, when approaching the window to pay, my daughter asked me to add on an item. Was told at the window its in inconvenience to order at the window and was told to drive back around to add on to my previous order. drove back around to add on a simple bean burrito, and was told is an inconvenience to add a item on. Will not be back and will not reccomend this fast food location to anyone due to the fact that they feel like asking for help with adding an extra item is just to much for them to deal with. Approached the on site manager with my concerns and was treated horrible, asked if I wanted free item instead of looking at the bigger picture, customer service, which is the biggest part of any company, and If they couldn’t offer anything reasonable, they will throw free items in your face so you dont pursue the fact that there customer service is horrible, there concerns to add on an item which provides more money to the company is a inconvenience for them and if you were wanting to order more food they will makevyou drive back around to order it.
