Great little place! Their food is super good and reasonably priced. It doesn’t look like much from the outside and it’s hidden behind the plaza, but it’s really good! The fried that they have are my favorite type of fries and they have a bunch of different cheeses to choose from. My husband got the husky burger and I got the blizzard burger. The staff is really nice and friendly as well.

The full rack was delicious and juicy! We asked for it not too be too burned and that is exactly how it was brought to us. The hush puppies are made to order and are the best! The full rack was shared between 2 people and there was still 1/2 left for lunch tomorrow. This is the 3rd time we have gone there and have loved the quality of the food each time. They are opened Sundays in the summer time! 🙂

The pork loin sandwich were two pork loins served on a brioche bun with pickles, tomato and lettuce. Very filling with two sides.

This place is so damn good. Great customer service and huge portions. Fall off the bones ribs and chicken, tender brisket, huge chicken wings, yummy yummy sausage, creamy coleslaw and Mac and cheese, excellent sauces (my favorite was mild, smoke, and peach) and we also got try a corn waffle that was so good. All of the food was so good there’s no need for sauces. If your looking for some good BBQ, then you should try this place.

Best BBQ in Fairbanks hands down. Great food, wonderful customer service and one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. As a southerner this is a taste of home 4000 miles away. Ya’ll NEED to give em a try!

The food was decent, but a little expensive. My issue was with the owner’s children having free run of the place. Their smallest child was running and hopping through out the tables. Their daughter was playing video games on her tablet at full volume at a table very close to us. School friends we’re stopping in after school. I really felt like I was visiting the owners home not their restaurant.

Food and service was very good!!!
Food portions are large as well as the price, a little spendy.
Other than the price being a little high, it was a good meal in a clean and friendly place.
Oh they do have a daily special, makes for a little better deal.

I was expecting a good steak, it was over cooked, the carrots were burnt yet nearly raw in the middle, the baked potatoe was microwaved, I paid over 40 bucks for my meal and was not impressed by their culinary skills at all. The hospitality was snarky at best and I had to ask for refills. I would not recommend this eatablishment.
