I understand it’s just kids working here, but the menus not very big and they can not seem to answer questions. Like this one, if you want a half pint they only come in a six pack just so you know they are not sold separately, so you won’t have to confuse them. The girl said I could order just one and instead of telling me sorry it can’t be sold single, they just threw a vanilla pint in the bag without telling me. The menu says order a medium concrete get a free collectible cup, also put that in a bag and got home and it was in a disposable cup, they never said they were out of the cups. Always get the order wrong . Gave it 2 stars cause of course at least the ice cream is good!

Banana split was disappointing but the turtle sundae is trouble!! $8 banana split came with very little custard. Also ordered two BootDaddy concretes which the kids loved. Drive thru service was excellent. Employees were quick and friendly. Outdoor patio lacks seating. No tables, only a bench.

showed up @10:47 and the girl at the widow gave us attitude when she said “you know we close in like 10 minutes right?” We asked if we could still order or if it was an issue. She got us our ice cream within the same minute, barely mixed together and poorly made. Hopefully they hire better staff

This was my first time at Andy’s and I had such great hopes. I ordered a large strawberry concrete and it was over $9. I didn’t get a receipt so not sure the exact amount. When I got the concrete I looked at it and saw no pink. I thought they forgot the ingredients. But I looked inside and saw a strawberry so drove off. When I got home I realized there were like no toppings. I think maybe 5 strawberries in total. I can not believe this is what I paid $9 for. It was completely awful and a huge disappointment. I do not recommend.
