The food was delicious, top 2 Mexican restaurants we’ve ever eaten at. The beef was seasoned perfect, cooked through but not overdone, avocados were fried and still juicy inside. Overall we were very impressed, plus the service was top notch.

I and the hubby had the pleasure of being thier fitst customers of the day. Everyone was so sweet and friendly. We had a couple of margaritas which were delicious. My husband has the fajitas Texana and I had the quesaberria(I,think) tacos with some buffalo wings. Everything was prepared perfectly and faster than expected. The food was savory and hit the spot. The bartender and owner were really great and genuine.

I’m never disappointed when dining here. Drinks were great. We had mint mojitos and micheladas, so good and pretty string, so naturally, we ordered two rounds! The food was fresh and delicious as usual, I tried the new special glazed salmon, new fave!

Service was okay. Food came fast and very hot. Tasted amazing and portions were okay. Definitely gotten alot more from other Panchos. But still food was tasty and server was nice. We informed them of a wedding that just happened and they didn’t even give a small dessert to the newly weds. Kinda poor service to ignore such a big thing.

The food was delicious! I went to eat with my wife and we were so impressed with Chef Varela specialty menu. We had the Mojarra frita and the fish was seasoned good and fresh! The chicken and shrimp were also tasty with the fresh handmade tortillas on the side. The waiter who served us was a very nice man that was very attentive. We will definitely go back!

Large place with adorable painted decor (not sure why the señorita has a rifle though) Big menu… guacamole is not to be missed. The smaller version was enough for two people. Very pleasant. Would go again.
