We ordered through Grubhub and they weren’t the problem. The problem was, we ordered a 10 piece Lemmon pepper combo that did not come with the fries that were up charged for specialty spices. We also ordered a 16 piece Thai boneless that did not come with sauce on the side or on top. They were literally plain chicken nuggets. We ordered 2 extra sauces that just weren’t included (paid extra for extra sauce), also got another side of specialty fries that weren’t included. I really would recommend either not ordering from here at all, or actually going in so you can make sure you get the food/sauce you bought?

I ordered through uber eats which, surprisingly, didn’t actually have anything to do with the issue I ended up having. This being the 2nd time this has happened, I attempted to call the location for clarification. Shame on me for giving them 2 chances, I know, but everyone makes mistakes. I called them directly after receiving my order to ask about the portion size of their fries which are $5.50. 2 times now, I’ve been delivered a small amount of fries in a bag. 2 other times that went all right, they were delivered in a take-away container (that was full). The initial person that picked up the phone went to grab the manager (I didn’t ask but she seemed to think a manager was needed). The manager was unable to answer if the fries were supposed to come in a bag or a container and when I mentioned the difference in serving size for the same price, she threw the new owners (not even sure if this was legitimate) under the bus. I wasn’t looking for something free, I just wanted clarification. Since they are unable to provide that, I don’t want to throw away another $5.50 to find out. The other food was fine.

The staff was kind and helpful. I didn’t understand the ordering and they accommodated anyway. The food is so good. Ordering online is a better price than ordering at Dickey’s. I appreciated the staff being understanding and helpful.

Wings were cold. I had to microwave them.I ordered a large Mac and cheese with my combo and got a small. Fries were cold and soggy. They do not toss the wings just they just give you the sauce in a side containers. I picked it up exactly when the app told me things would be ready. Not worth it for the price. Plenty of better options within a mile.
