I used to be a huge fan of the sports deli for their sandwiches. I haven’t had one in a few months though. Not only have their prices went up to a ridiculous $19 for a 12 inch sandwich, their portions are horrendous now. I got the Italian dagwood which used to have a solid at least 2 inches of meat on it and was amazing. Today the sandwich I received was a joke. Maybe a half inch of total meat, 3/4 if im being generous. Instead of whole slices of the mortadella on it they are cut in half pieces that do not even cover the entire sandwich. For a 12 inch sub there were 5 half slices to attempt to cover it in a poor way. There used to be stacks of each meat, and now there’s a single layer of barely overlapping slices of each meat. Not aure if this is their form of shrinkflation, but wow, I will never purchase another sandwich here again. Sadly it used to be my go to spots in reno.

This place is freaking amazing not sure I want to go to any other casino. They have pinball machines and that’s what drew me here and Im glad I stayed. The Oceana restaurant is packed on a Monday way after lunch and the food here at this place is amazing. The amount of LED screens in this whole place is amazing. I won some money very quickly and thats a good sign if yoy ask me.

Yes, the sports bar is world class and the service is good. We ordered the ruben and beef sandwiches. The sandwiches were huge. The portion of meat and bread was good. The quality of the meat could be much better. I was hoping for a really good Ruben sandwich but was a little disappointed. The meat was tough and fatty. Yes, there was enough meat to serve 2 people on each the Flintstone sandwiches. I think these sandwiches might taste better after a beer or two but we don’t drink.
