This is an amazing little gem of a restaurant, tucked into a modest setting in a strip mall. My family and I went on New Year’s Eve for lunch. The food is amazing. I ordered the carne asada platter, my wife got the steak fajitas, and the kids ordered some different burritos and tacos. All of the meats were fresh, and the flavors were robust without being too hot. They have some great local craft brews in cans, as well as Mexican Cokes and other soft drinks.

There is a few spots in the valley that serve quality meats and know they’re product El Asado in Cathedral City has quality, I drive 35 min every 2 weeks thats 1hr 10min there and back, why do I tell you all this? Because they are quality meats, This place is famous for their high quality meats, every place always says they have quality meats but their meat is rancher sourced beef!!
I arrived, and they sold out on some of the meat!! This place custom cuts you’re meats, they teach you how to cook and season meats, it’s you’re 1 stop to quality meats, you won’t go wrong! At least try them, they even have wagyu local rancher sourced meat and the like. Try them!!
