Good “homestyle” food. The wait staff is attentive and the prices are reasonable. Appears to be a family run business, and I like that about them. The only negative is as closing time approaches, the selection gets kind of bare, however, since it is a buffet, that is somewhat understandable as I know they wouldn’t want to waste food. In summer it gets very hot inside the restaurant as well. Overall, a great place to eat when you want southern style “home cooking”.

If you love down south home cooking and want a friendly environment, Vegetable Medley is for you. A very warm atmosphere with a variety of eating options. Vegetable Medley is a buffet style restaurant. The price is very reasonable and kids under 4 eat free! I highly recommend this establishment. The food is well cooked and alters slightly daily.

I’ve been there several times, and the food is always fantastic. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff are always friendly and give good service. Most days the parking lot is quite full and that speaks volumes about the popularity of the place. I am fortunate to live in close proximity. Please visit Vegetable Medley and partake in some good old tasty Southern cooking!!!!

If I could put half of zero stars I would! My first time here I walked in and you could tell they didn’t want us there. I called before to ask for pricing and gave the last at the counter the ages of my kids and she never once said it’s only one free child per adult. THE SIGN IN THE RESTAURANT SAY 4 AND UNDER FREE. The waiter had a nasty attitude as if she didn’t want to serve us. So we left. And honestly if it wasn’t about the money I’m sure they wouldn’t want black folks there. Say what you want but that was my experience and WOULD NEVER COME BACK OR RECOMMEND THEM TO NO ONE I DONT CARE HOW GOOD SOMEONE SAID THE FOOD WAS!

When we ask how long the wait was they said 20 minutes but instead of 20 minutes it was more like 40 minutes. When we went in to ask how much longer it would be after waiting there was still two groups ahead of us. Most of the people were not even eating most were just talking. So I do not recommend eating here.

Buffett style eating with classic country fixings. The fried chicken and the pirk chops were good. The barbecue was good, but I didn’t care for the hash because it’s liver-based. All of the vegetables were well seasoned. If you leave here hungry it’s your own fault…

Went for Thanksgiving lunch. Never been more disappointed. Sat us at a booth that even normal size people couldnt sit at it was so narrow.
Served turkey like it was pulled pork bbq. Couldnt even make it look edible at all. White and dark meat mixed?Sweet potato casserole wasn’t fit to eat. Rice. Gravy and fried chicken was ok. One plate of food for $14 was not the deal i was looking for. Wont be going back there any time soon.
