Small diner, looked to be about 10 tables. I think only waitress & cook were there & they were BUSY! Took about 35 min to get food, but there was a table of 6, 2 tables of 4 & a table of 2 ahead of us in the ordering. Had swiss mushroom burger w/chili cheese fries & a jalapeño burger with cheese fries. Waitress kept apologizing for the wait, but she was running crazy & doing a good job taking care of everyone & was super sweet. Now to the food… .best… darn… burgers we’ve had in a long time! Hand formed burgers, kinda sloppy to eat (but not greasy). Fries just right for crispness. Just overall YUM! Got a piece of pecan pie to go & yes, it was handmade not store bought. Also very good. This will be a stop for us again next year.

breakfast here is the best!! I see some poor reviews but I just don’t understand… we have been here multiple times over the years they’ve been open and they kill it every. single. time. While the staff is nice, I felt morally compelled to bring down the rating of this restaurant. The food was cold and several members of my family got food poisoning. Please don’t eat here if your gut biome is used to food cooked safely in sanitary conditions.

Ok! This was such a good stop, I think its a 2 man set up so its not “fast food” by any means! Its a microsoft word kinda menu with refilled bottles of ketchup. We were full and happy, more than half the tables were full, and i was more than happy to give Mama my business!

Ate there today Sat 5/13 for the first time. Got the meatloaf & it had to be the smallest piece of meatloaf I have ever been given. It was good but was like a kids portion. $52 for 3. We won’t be back! Bathrooms outside too.

The first and last time visiting. Waited an hour for one piece of French toast and half order of biscuits and gravy. Never received the French toast and the gravy was cold. They had one waitress working that had only been there a week. Food that came out for the rest of the group was cold and missing items as well. The waitress then wanted us to pay for the cold and missing items “or she was going to get in trouble”. Sorry I’m not paying for items I didn’t receive or was unable to eat due to being ice cold. Shame on the owner who supposedly had “cameras all over” for not bringing in some help for this lady.

Stopped in for breakfast. Only 2 other families there an we waited 7 minutes not 1 person came to take our order or even drinks. We left. We have eaten here multiple times for breakfast. Food is good but very slow at getting it maybe 30 -40 mins

This is a great little mom and pop shop; the food and service was excellent. Our waitress was a very good sport about us having a large group of 14 and we really appreciated her. Please consider stopping here if you’re in the area and want a good bite to eat.

Went there and something smelled like it burnt.got breakfast and the biscuits and gravy was cold. Potatoes were old tasting like they had been cooked hrs ago.will not go back.
