Placed an online order for pickup and my coffee was being placed on the counter as I was walking up. I ordered my extra hot cappuccino and it did not disappoint. We are back on the road and I’m enjoying every creamy mouthful. Made my day
I didn’t get to sit down in the store, but I could tell that the atmosphere was good… the table layout was nice and there were a couple people around.

So incredibly rude. I asked for extra ice, got my drink literally 10 ice cubes. I pull back through and kindly ask for more ice, and the worker did not mute her microphone and I could hear all the employees talking badly about me for asking for ice. Never coming back. I was a daily customer.

Ordered an iced matcha latte with *light ice* and pictured is the ice I got. The baristas didn’t seem very thrilled to be working, as their attitudes when we ordered were very lackluster. The drink was also made incorrectly with the wrong milk, but it was fixed before I received it. My friend ordered a refresher, and received a completely different drink. Overall not a good experience, and not worth the $14 I spent on drinks.

Every barista I’ve had here has been incredibly kind and pleasant. My order is always made correctly, and any time there has been a minor mistake it’s been fixed immediately, no questions asked. My favorite starbucks not just in Ames, but in Iowa!

Got three lattes and a bacon Gouda sandwich, service was very fast and easy with the app, I was happy with my coffee and food. Would recommend or be back, baristas were good at their job and produced quality drinks.

Enjoy Starbucks very much. Clean open facility. Friendly. But… why oh why did they design this new Starbucks with having the drive thru line run through the parking lot? Terrible. Almost always impossible to park because of the line of cars in the way. Someone wasn’t thinking in this design.

As someone who almost never reviews anything, I was extremely disappointed in the customer service I received. I informed the drive through cashier that one of my drinks was made incorrectly, and also showed her my online order and was met with nothing but passive aggressive irritation. As someone who works in the service industry it was 100% off-putting to witness workers being so blatantly rude to a customer. It is always the customers right to inform establishments when their orders are wrong.
