I ordered a Chipotle bowl today at this location and the carne asada steak they served me was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The meat was completely burnt, dried out, and looked nothing like what Chipotle advertises. It was inedible. It literally turned to dust in my mouth when I attempted to eat it. I’m 100% sure this was reheated steak from the day prior. I’ve attached a photo because there’s no way to explain how bad it was without showing it and the picture doesn’t even do it justice. Also as a cherry on top, the chips were old as well!
This was my first and last time at this location. I’ve been to so many chipotles in my life and this is by far the most disgusting bowl I’ve ever had.
For the price Chipotle charges, this should never be served to a customer.

This chipotle has scammed me out of portions sizes twice when I order door dash both bowls and burritos. If you order make sure to go in person and not the app otherwise they won’t give you full portions.

Absolutely disgusting the way the staff treated another customer tonight. I witnessed it with my own eyes. A customer informed staff that their order was wrong. Instead of remaking it the staff were completely argumentative, never even gave the customer their drink. And when the customer requested their money back they were screamed at by staff and the staff stated they were not refunding the customer. I’m telling all my friends and family to NOT come to this location.

GREAT food, GREAT service. Always a super place for quick service, but fresh, well cooked food. People think prices are a bit high, but I get 2 or 3 servings out of a bowl, so it’s one of the cheapest per meal. Recommend it highly!

Look, avoid here and go to the one in Fort Mill. I ordered My food and wanted to sit in and eat. I noticed the table is dirty. I bring it to the employee attention and he rolls his eyes. He tells the Manager, Joshua, and he is confused to why I wanted the table cleaned!! Would you eat a dirty table????

The order I picked up at the drive thru on 9/25 at 12:30pm was incorrect. The only part correct was that it was a bowl. It was obviously someone else’s order that was given to me. The receipt taped to the bag was completely unreadable which probably aided in getting the order wrong.
