My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Le Cafe Central. It is such a beautiful cafe and is only 1.5 miles from the Paris Hotel so if you’re in the mood for a genuinely French experience when visiting Las Vegas I highly recommend visiting this cafe.

Years ago we visited Paris and we enjoyed French cuisine and when I took one bite of my turkey sandwich at Le Central I was in heaven as the French bread was the real deal. I had the pleasure of having their French Onion Soup and it was so delicious! The pastries were also tasty.

The cafe is elegantly decorated yet it feels very comfortable. The staff is warm and friendly. I thought it would make a lovely venue for a small to medium sized party (I think it seats up to about 50 people). And I learned that they not only cater parties but also host parties. They are open for breakfast and lunch and the venue is not only available after hours for parties but it can be reserved during normal business hours for private events.

They have a wide variety of foods and they also have a small and elegant bar that serves specialty cocktails. They have pastries, macarons, salads, sandwiches, crepes, cappuccinos and coffees and much more including French gift items.

I wish that I lived here as this would be my favorite haunt. And I can imagine bringing my extended family together for holiday and birthday parties. But alas I must cherish the memory of visiting this lovely French cafe and dream if visiting it again the next time we visit Las Vegas.

Part of the local food scene since Le Café du Lac opened at Lake Las Vegas Le Café Central opened early Spring of 2025, owners Carmen Barbur and Chef David Gazzano expanding to their third local location focused on French Food and Pastries.

Open from 8:00am until 3:00pm, the menu ranging from Galettes and Crepes to Salads and Sandwiches, the location on Spring Mountain features a large footprint with plenty of seating with wood tables and deep blue walls.

Close enough to Las Vegas Boulevard for tourists, but largely serving locals despite prices higher than the likes of Rosallie or Cafe Breizh, best bites come from Tarts in two forms, the Apple Version flatter and cooked to caramelization while the latter places lightly sweet Custard in a thin shell beneath Berries.

Focused otherwise on Viennoiserie, a look at the Cheese Danish showing poor separation at the bottom with a doughy texture, Croissants fare better whether Almond or Chocolate while “Kouign Amann” are more like a Cruffin than the sort one might find in Brittany or locally at CRAFTKitchen.

Aesthetics are 10/10. Love the ambiance of the place. The actual taste of the food id say 3.5/5. My husband got the croque madam and I got the omelette croissant. Both were quite under seasoned and the madam imo was a little too heavy on the béchamel.

I think this place has potential. Would be down to try more sweet things next time.

If I could give more than 5 stars. I would. We ordered croissants and crepes with cafe au last and chai latte. I highly recommend the cherry/yogurt croissant. Although the Salted Caramel crepe was great, the star of the show was the miel & lemon crepe…one of the finest crepes I’ve ever tasted. Service was exceptional and it felt like you were eating brunch in a home in Paris. Merci for the great food!

I was very excited to visit the brand new location of Le Cafe in Chinatown. Located in a plaza with luxury apartments, this spot by James offers delicious French bakery, coffee, pastries, sandwiches, salads, and more. The restaurant is charming and very inviting with decorative walls and modern lighting. There’s even a bar! Highly recommend for brunch and lunch with friends and family. Make sure to check out the Henderson and Southern Highlands location!

It’s their 3rd location and waiting on their 4th in Summerlin ! Short rib is tender and flavorful which tops well on the avocado toast (upon request)! Cookies are the best in the city! Service members and manager really care about customer satisfaction and experience. All it needs is French chocolate bar paired with a small baguette as a menu item for a light snack.

Amazing!! Such a beautiful space. Food and coffee are absolutely delicious. The owners are amazingly kind and genuinely care about the guest. The pastries are so good. Best cheese danish I’ve ever had and I’ve had my fair share of cheese danishes. The croque madam was so yummy and rich. Just a few minute drive off the strip and better than anything you’ll find on the strip. Easy easy parking. Check this place out!!

This is my second visit. And some food is literally phenomenal (like salmon toast or French dip sandwich), and other items are a complete fail. For example, Bacon Benedict – it’s not even Benedict, there’s no Hollandaise sauce at all. Very plain! Extremely underwhelming! Or Roclette Crepe. Wayyyyyy too heavy on the cheese. I couldn’t taste bacon, potatoes or eggs which are all in this crepe because there was so much cheese (roclette is pretty strong flavored, it’s NOT your mild Swiss), so the cheese overpowered everything else! I couldn’t eat it. So that’s food. Hit or miss basically.

Drinks – consistently THE WORST drinks I’ve ever had in any café or restaurant. Second visit here, different drinks each time, plus I sampled my gf’s beverages too – they’re always WATERED DOWN and FLAVORLESS. My basic coffee at home taste better and fuller. And that’s saying something cus I prefer drinking coffee anywhere but home!

The atmosphere is pretty good. Whoever decorated this place did a good job because it’s very cozy and inviting. I just wish someone occasionally came to clear out the plates. Often you’re done eating and not ready to leave yet, and sitting at a dirty table is simply unpleasant.

So there you go, a very detailed and honest review based on 2 separate visits.

Le Café Central is the newest addition to the exceptional lineup from the talented owners of Café Du Val, and it lives up to every bit of the high standard they’ve set. Conveniently located just off the 215 on Spring Mountain Road, this charming café is minutes from the Strip and right near Chinatown, making it easily accessible with plenty of parking available.

From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a stunning ambiance that blends modern sophistication with classic French charm. The interior is decorated with rich cerulean blue tones complemented by tasteful accents of gold and yellow. The industrial ceiling features a darker blue hue that pairs beautifully with elegant chandeliers, adding a soft, glamorous glow throughout the space. Luxurious velvet booths, stylish table seating, and striking yellow velvet stools at the bar create a warm yet upscale atmosphere. The fabric wallpaper adds a refined texture to the walls, completing the space with a sophisticated flair.

The service was impeccable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and extremely accommodating with our special meal requests. They were attentive and efficient without being intrusive, exactly what you hope for in a dining experience.

As for the food, it was every bit as excellent as what you’d find at their original cafés. The fresh fruit was vibrant and flavorful, the house-made croissants were flaky on the outside and soft on the inside, simply divine. The pain au chocolat was decadent, with the chocolate melting perfectly in every bite. The coffee? Robust, aromatic, and expertly brewed just as we’ve come to expect from the Café Du Val family.

Café Central is a beautiful evolution of an already beloved brand. It’s clear that the same heart, attention to detail, and culinary passion have gone into this new location. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Café Du Val or discovering them for the first time, Café Central is a must-visit. Highly recommended.
