I recently visited Scooters for the 1st time and ordered 2 drinks, a nitro and a black and white nitro. They were approx $6/drink. For that price I expect near perfection. The drinks were far from that. They were both 1/2 foam. I ask the cashier if this is what they normally look like. She basically just shrugged. I contacted Scooters cooperate and have yet to hear from the store my order came from.
My next stop for coffee will be at a place that is worth the price and is focused on customer service.

i went through this morning and the lady taking my order said “good morning what do you want” i thought that was a little rude but i figured it was just a rough morning when i was ordering they were out of the first 3 things i asked for. when i got to the window i was greeted by a lady with blonde hair and a bad attitude, she started yelling about coffee pots? i watched her wipe her nose and package my sandwich with her hands. it felt like she took her attitude out on me and i did not appreciate that. please discuss respect and cleanliness with your employees

I read the reviews of this place before I went to get a good chuckle, was not dissapointed. I have to say the coffee was not quite as good as it is from my usual Scooters stop in Council Bluffs…And the friendliness was…less than I expected. I say the place has potential to be a really good successful coffe joint…but gotta change the attitude behind the doors. When I come back again I hope to see this place with a wrapped drive through and people smiling as they leave like they do here.

Purchased a blueberry muffin for my son, he began gagging on it and spitting it out. There were shards of wood in it, I’m assuming a toothpick but I don’t know. Contacted customer service and they said the store manager would be in contact with me…no response from anyone. This is very dangerous and concerning that no one cares, a smaller child could have been seriously injured.

I stopped going to scooter because they changed there redbull energy to something else but as it has changed back I thought I would try it and I would just like to say for a $8 drink you could at least fill the drink to the top as I’m seeing this has been an issue in the past you’d think you’d wanna fix it.

Eh it’s okay. Definitely the worst scooters I’ve been too tho. I’ve ordered an iced s’mores latte from them like three different times- the first time it was amazing, every other time it doesn’t really have the “s’mores” flavor or any of the crumble topping. Definitely have to stop wasting my money here hoping it will get made like it does at the scooters in mason and like the first time I got it there. They also sound super polite when taking your order than seem a little grumpy whenever you get to the window. Ig I’ll stick to my redbull infusions rather than waste money on lattes from this place

I stopped to get my favorite iced blackberry macchiato with an extra shot and was stopped midway through the order and told it was a limited time offering and I could not get it anymore. I’ve been able to order it at every store I’ve been to in Nebraska (e.g., Lincoln, Hastings, Crete, and Omaha, but not this location in Clear Lake, Iowa. What’s up with that? The person taking my order said that the Nebraska stores are not supposed to be offering that to me. I was very disappointed, because it is easily the best iced coffee drink I’ve ever had. I’m thankful that I can still get them closer to home.
UPDATE: I was contacted via phone by the Scooter’s corporate office in Iowa, and found out that the Iowa stores can’t even order the ingredients for the iced blackberry macchiato anymore. It’s likely that the Nebraska stores still have a good supply. I was told that technically the beverage was limited time only but as long as they have the ingredients leftover, they can sell the beverage up to two weeks after the limited offering ended. I understand now, but was still put off at being stopped mid-sentence and then told that the stores in Nebraska weren’t supposed to serve the beverage anymore. Not a great customer service experience, but I appreciate the explanation from corporate. Great customer service!
