The staff were very friendly and made my turkey tom sandwich with lots of veggies (which I love) and the bread was soft and chewy. They were freaky fast, haha, and the restaurant was clean.

We had the best service tonight! We arrived with a large to-go order and while most places roll their eyes at that, Jimmy John’s certainly did not. They were very kind and welcoming from the moment we stepped in the door. Our subs were made so fast, I couldn’t believe it!! Nice people with great service!

I go to JJ constantly at other locations along with Most of my employees We get great service at most stores in town. However this store in particular is really lacking behind on customer service basics, mostly honestly from management.
I call and ask the female person on the phone for a delivery. Off the batt she confirms my address.
She states we don’t diliver to my address. I asked her how far you would deliver as I just had someone deliver here the other day. ( literally had the receipt from the other day )
She says 3 miles away
I go great. I’m exactly 3.1 miles away using google maps from my basement, so why will you not deliver? Takes me 6 mins to get to the store with hitting a traffic light in a fully loaded work van no less.
She claims that because I’m 8 miles away, ( cought in the 1st lie) and
I’m 15 minutes away from the store.
(2nd lie)
Apparently because I’m not in the “direction she prefers” going to wich is towards downtown Perrysburg that she has more orders at she won’t deliver to me. ( even though she states the store is not busy at all)
So I ask her point blank if you don’t wanna deliver to me based on my location just say so. She says so hold on let me ask my manager ( wait what I thought you were the manager – 3rd lie)
Comes back to the phone and asks me how much my order is. I respond normally 20-50$ worth for delivery alot more if my guys are in person at the store. (50-100$) Also since its inconvenient for her 10$ to the driver for the extra .1 of a mile.
She says that she doesn’t wanna make a habit of delivering to me. So she will not based upon not being in her preferred Perrysburg direction ( Discrimination??, im seriously starting to question this)
So after a 17 minute conversation she concludes with if you want to ever place a catering order for all of my staff she would be more than happy to deliver.
So wait my regular orders are not good enough based upon my location, my guys that order there for lunch alot & use my company card to pay are not good enough to place a delivery order.
So why would I possibly wanna support your buisness with a large catering order for my staff. If you won’t support my company’s with the small things and lie to my face more than once in one conversation.
Lastly, I’d like to note that I was more than courteous and professional to this person. I just Add some tough questions to be answered.
And I’m Writing this review in hopes that the store will improve.

service was pretty slow, the guy behind the counter was obviously not sober, he was muttering and mumbling under his breath, acted like he didn’t know what i was asking for, and then made my order wrong. overall poor experience.

I understand that there’s a pandemic going on still, and finding people to work is hard. But I find it completely unacceptable that my order took an hour and a half to get to me. I live 5 minutes down the road from the location I ordered from and yes I know I could have gone out and picked up the order myself but I had a lot of stuff to do and had no time to go out and get it so I thought delivery would be okay. But an hour and a half is ridiculous. Please do better.

I sent a complaint to the link that was given to this comment and it’s a week later and no response. This place is absolutely garbage. I will never do business with this location again. The customer service is non-existent.

Update from a year later and I’m downgrading this from a 2 to a 1. Took an hour today for delivery. – (last year’s review This location struggles with timing and order accuracy. If you order more than one sandwich chances are your requests will be messed up, cucumber on the opposite sandwich, etc. . If you have a scheduled delivery time it’s either 15 minutes early or late every time. The people in store are really nice, just delivery orders need a lot of work.)

I’m giving them too much credit giving them 1 star. Absolutely horrible. I called a week in a half before my son’s 1st Communion celebration. I called and placed my order for 48 sandwiches having a big party after his communion.
I called twice. The Wednesday before and the Friday before confirming my order. Got the a ok everything was set to go. Pick up at Noon on Sunday right after Communion. Go there to pick up my order with family waiting at the house to find the place closed. No call. No text. No email. NOTHING! Call to complain. No one cared. Literally Unbelievable.

Walk up to the store and buy food, and was met with the door locked. I saw workers inside and though maybe it was a mistake so I tried again. A worker opened the door with a disgusted look and ask me “what’s up”. I said it is lunch time I am here to order food. He said well we have a large order and we are closed. Go wait in your car and try back in an hour. I told him no problem I will just go across the street to Jersy Mike’s which I did.

Went there to get subs tonight. We were the only people in the store. 5 employees. We had on our mask and we’ll as 4 employees. One did not. My husband approached the young man asked if he was the manager he confirmed and asked why he didn’t have on his mask. He apologized. However as we get into our car parked right in front he flipped his mask in the air and the two young ladies flipped theirs off and was swinging around their finger. Very rude! Won’t be back and will be notifying wood county health department.
