I pulled in to this morning and was greeted with the most exceptional service I have ever had at a Starbucks ! It was super early and the energy from Maddy as soon as I hit the speaker MADE MY DAY! She took my order, and when I got to the window her smile and laughter was AMAZING. My drink was made correctly. And quickly. Maddy, if you read this, the world needs more people like you! Keep your good vibes and positive spirits high because you never know who might need your smile!

I had to leave a review for the amazing team at Starbucks this morning. I was there with my toddler, and as any parent knows, you can do everything possible to prevent an accident… and it still happens. Mine managed to spill my entire hot Venti drink all over the table, chairs, and floor. It was completely our fault, and I felt terrible.
The employees responded with such kindness, patience, and grace. They immediately reassured me, helped clean up without making me feel embarrassed, and even insisted on remaking my drink… which they absolutely did not have to do. They were juggling other customers at the same time, yet never once made us feel like a burden.
Taking a toddler anywhere can feel a little nerve wracking because you never know what might happen, but this team handled the situation in the most compassionate and professional way possible. Their response turned what could have been a stressful moment into one that reminded me how much simple kindness matters.
They truly deserve recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you for your patience and for treating us with such warmth!

Love showing up in the mornings and being greeted as soon as I walk in. They know my name and I know theirs!! There’s a female named ivy who makes sure my orders taken accurately and she tries her best to be quick and efficient. Sometimes my order isn’t right or I can even get the wrong drink, but that can sometimes b my fault because of timing and being in a rush. Love this store!!

I have recently been stopping by different Starbucks locations to check out which ones are great to hang out. This location is actually one of my favorites to come to minus the entrance. I acquired my drink in a timely manner and the staff was very friendly. The lady that took my order was very responsive on the order of when my drink was coming. I set up my computer to get some work done and the environment is very calm. There were always multiple tables open at any given time and the amount of plugins around the room was great and make it handy if you want to move around and charge your devices! I would recommend this location if you want a good place to relax and get some work done while enjoying a nice coffee and pastry.

This is by far the SLOWEST Starbucks there is! Every time I come through the drive thru I wait 15+ mins for a a simple order. They need to really get it together. A drive thru shouldn’t take that long. Not to mention most of the time I’m missing the extra toppings I add to my drinks, yet pay for. Really disappointed in the service, quality, and timing here at this location!
