I love this place for breakfast! Black forrest ham, egg, and provolone on an artisan flatbread w spinach, tomato, onion and some of their new garlic aioli. Yummm. Its only like $3.50 too!

Let me first start by saying that one of the best employees there is Vanessa. She has been there the last couple of times I’m in and she is very good at her job. Always does a fantastic job with my order and is always very friendly and polite. She is doing a great job. Subway, I think you should give her a raise. Second, this place is always great. You know other than the occasional crazy person screaming outside but that has nothing to do with Subway. That’s just Albuquerque for ya.

I went there multiple times with my friend Stephanie, on one occasion she got there before be she asked to use the bathroom the manager was RUDE, he asked her if she was going to buy something basically implying that she did not have enough money to buy. After I arrived he gave her the key. I understand that the bathroom are for customers only, however the way he treated my friend was impolite.
A more recent occasion while I was ordering my food the sandwich artist were rude I wanted my sandwich in a certain way and they acted like that they did not want to help.
I DO NOT BLAME THE ARTIST , judging by the attitude of the manager would make a hostile environment for ANY employee to work in. To the manager at SUBWAY TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER DO NOT MAKE IT HOSTILE FOR THEM you rub it off on your customers. SIR DUE TO YOUR ATTITUDE I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

They are always very nice to me, and I really appreciate that. One problem is they haven’t got my online order right yet. 4th time. Details are important. They need to pay closer attention to the ingredients. Was missing cheese twice. Also, they need to pay attention whether it says ‘more’ ‘regular’ or ‘less’ for an ingredient in the online order. My sandwich today was very thin, even though I asked for more spinach, tomatoes and cucumbers. It should have been jam packed with veggies.

The trainee MORGAN needs to work on her customer service. She gave me attitude when making my salad. She was rude! I can’t believe they hired someone with poor lack of customer service. They were also training a new guy and the two girls there did not even offer to make sure the new guy was doing his job correctly. I paid for a sloppy half of a job salad. I will NOT be returning to this location.

Went in for a carryout (obviously). Staff were quick to come out from the back. After that though, a little slow to make the sandwich. Food was fresh and everyone was super polite. Chock it up to lethargy from doing nothing, best to use an app to order ahead if you really don’t feel like paying delivery fees.

Came to eat at this subway at 11:06 and the doors were locked…a lady came to unlock them I asked if the store was open as it is the lunch hour…. She said uh yea ….sounded insure of herself so I go in to the counter with the sandwich selection and she starts putting out all the supplies without gloves I walked out very dissatisfied

I come here a lot for my 30min break from around 6ish and I always wastey entire break standing in line waiting for online orders to be made before I’m even greeted or before my sandwich can be made. Sometimes there’s 4 sandwiches on the callin before I got there so I have to wait until they are done with that to be served?? Anywhere I’ve ever worked, you’re always taught to help the person in front of you and then the person on the phone or callins.
