My pickup order:egg sandwich. I drove 11 mins during my work hours after having ordered online for pickup order. Waited 30mins to get my order even after being a little late, but I don’t mind that because it was busy. And then drove back 11 mins to my work place. All of this just to find out they put bacon in my egg sandwich. When I complained, I got a ” sorry for being dissatisfied” email and that’s it. I am not allowed to eat pork and you gave me pork. I was hungry all morning and took 50 minutes to get my food, all for nothing. Please be mindful with people’s orders.

Ordered thru the app to get 6.99 footlong deal. They stated they did not get my order so I showed them the order and my name in the app. They said sorry there’s nothing they could do to fix it and then I need to get myself a refund and to reorder it. I told them if I did that I wouldn’t get my coupon back in the app and that I wanted them to help me or make the subs for free since I already paid for them $46. They said that they couldn’t do that and gave me a hard time and then eventually they ended up refunding it at the store but then charging me full price in the store to reorder the same thing. Furthermore, the bread is stale. They didn’t offer any reparations no gift card, no reduced price. They didn’t even give me my original coupon. So now I got delayed. Woke up. Charged more than my original order and nothing special for service recovery. I will never go here again. This is not the first time this has happened to either. This situation reminds me that I had the same issue before and it’s likely why I deleted the app the first time. I’m going to delete it again for good this time

This subway is HANDS DOWN the greatest subway location I’ve ever been to. The staff there is beyond amazing! Sion and Jonathan always do their thing and are so welcoming, as well as the others. The staff overall makes me feel super welcomed and I enjoy coming in because no matter who’s behind the counter, they’re getting me right. They are all very attentive and super nice. They keep the place clean while also making you a killer sub. The ingredients here are truly “fresh” as advertised and this is my go-to spot for when i need food during my break at work. I come here at least 4 days a week for the past few months so if that doesn’t explain it idk what will. This location has yet to fail me and they continue to impress me and make my day each time I swing by. If you’re looking to get a delicious sub while also meeting great people, the macedonia location is the way to go.

My fist time coming to this location was a few days ago and the employee Chip did an excellent job with my sandwich. I’m very particular and he was very kind and patient. My sandwich was excellent and I highly recommend this location.

Not sure what they are doing different at this location from all appearances this seems to be your typical Subway. For some reason the sandwich taste much better. Not sure what it is seems fresher or just maybe the way the fixins are layered within the bread. Always busy at this location but always fast friendly accurate service especially if Fran and Zach are on the job
