This Coffee Labs location makes me and my partners day at LEAST 2x a week. We look forward to not only a delicious cup of tea/coffee but the incredible service. As a tea drinker there are a plethora of choices from chia, to herbal both iced&hot and even my personal favorite London Fog! A team of dedicated and passionate staff at coffee labs. Thanks, guys, for always making my day! I love this little coffee shop. It really has the best coffee. You can’t even compare it to the big box coffee places because those places are so far out of its league. The house blend that they use to make either my espresso or latte is always roasted to perfection and there’s just nothing like it. It’s just one of those great flavors where you don’t have to hide the taste with either milk or sugar. The staff is always friendly no matter how busy the place gets and if you have a yen for pastries, they carry the freshest and most delectable pastries in the area.

Love this place! Even as a non-coffee drinker, they have a ton of options — full-leaf teas, 2 types of chai, matcha, seasonal drinks like cider and hot chocolate. Pastries are so good (the scones!) and the baristas are always so helpful and kind. Plus the atmosphere is cozy and clean, and the bathroom being in an old vault is a fun touch.

I’ve been going to the Tarrytown location for years and have been coming to this one since it opened, and it’s hands down the best. Coffee Labs has amazing coffee and an even better staff. Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to get to know you and remember your order.
Drinks are made super quickly but always with care and consistency. Huge shout out to Lauren, who is an incredible person and barista. She’s efficient, friendly, and always makes the experience better with great conversation. This place never misses. Quality is great and worth the price you pay.

A great spot, delicious coffee. Their mocha is the best around, I find myself craving it quite frequently . Very nice employees, and the latte art is amazing, always fun to see.

My fiancé has been a regular customer here and usually enjoys the drinks. However, I just tried their matcha latte today and was very disappointed. The drink had almost no matcha flavor and was extremely diluted—it tasted like mostly milk and ice. The color also seemed off, which confirmed my concern. Even after requesting it to be remade, the result was the same. At $7, it felt more like paying for milk and ice rather than a true matcha beverage. If this is how it’s prepared, it shouldn’t be marketed as matcha, feels a bit scammy as we all know matcha is pricey.

Been coming here since they opened and it’s consistently great. The coffee is excellent, drinks are made quickly, and the staff is always friendly and remembers you and your order. Lauren is always so personable and efficient and makes every visit a good one. Highly recommend.

I recently visited this coffee shop, and overall, it was a great experience! The outdoor seating was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and very kid-friendly, which is a huge plus if you’re looking for a place to relax with the family.
One thing that stood out was the blended drinks. I’m not usually a fan, but I decided to give it a try here, and I’m glad I did! I had the vanilla blended drink with a shot of espresso, and it was absolutely amazing—not too sweet and perfectly balanced.
The only downside was the menu, which was a bit confusing. It took me a while to figure out the options, but once I did, everything else was spot-on. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We stumbled upon Coffee Labs purely by chance on our way out of the city, and what a wonderful accident! By far the best pumpkin spice latte that exists. We chatted with the most kind and welcoming staff to find out where we had landed because Coffee Labs is pure magic! The restroom was so neat too! Y’all are doing a fabulous job, can’t wait to come back through and stop in!

We really love this coffee shop and have been regulars for the last couple of years, to the point where a few of the baristas knew our standing order (love them). The lattes are excellent but the service recently is very, very spotty. It didn’t used to be this way, but in the past few months we’ve had experiences of both a) waiting over 30 minutes for drinks after ordering and b) having to leave because the line to order was too long. We basically don’t come here anymore on weekends between the hours of 8 and 11am. We hope they can make some changes to get things back on track.
