If you call and try and order a breakfast taco and ask for your bacon to be chopped up so that when you bite it, it doesn’t all come out at once. They refuse to chop the bacon. That is genuinely unsatisfactory and very unprofessional. Seems to me whoever answers their phone needs to read a book about what it means to be in the hospitality business. It really wasn’t an unreasonable request.

What really got me was the extra $4 they added to my debit card on a to go order. If I did not have my receipt and noticed, they would not have said anything. When I called and asked for manager, she refused to give me her name and then after I told her about the charge, she was like oh I’m sorry we didn’t have your number to call you. But yet you had my debit card info and couldn’t put it back into my card and now I have to go in person to get my refund in cash for a “mistake” you said you made?!?

Came in for lunch. Wasn’t impressed with the enchiladas. The service is top notch as is the atmosphere. Very welcoming. However, the cheese was reminiscent of canned nacho cheese (I ate only one enchilada). The rice was good and so were the beans.
