We booked dinner here on Friday February 13th. I booked through the open table app. When booking it said they would have a special valentines dinner. (It let you select it or choose the regular menu). When we arrived and got sat at our table. We were informed that only the valentines menu was available. Which was very disappointing. I had already previewed the menu and knew what I was going to get. I have food allergies. So I asked the waiter what was gluten free on the special menu. He had to go ask someone. And came back and was told only the chicken. So that is what I ordered. It was good but I didn’t get a dessert because they didn’t have any gluten free options. The waiter said he would see what they could do to accommodate. But he never brought me a dessert when he brought my husbands. So it was a little disappointing to spend that much money and leave unsatisfied and without a dessert that I paid for.

After a very long day of driving from Phoenix, I arrived at The Lively Hotel at OAK Oklahoma City around 2:30 AM. Even though it was late and I was exhausted, my experience immediately turned positive thanks to the wonderful staff.
Jamillqh checked me in and was incredibly welcoming and professional. She explained everything clearly and even took a moment to have a friendly conversation that helped me relax after such a long drive. That kind of warm hospitality means a lot when you’re arriving for a late check-in after hours on the road.
The hotel itself is very modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. While it’s not necessarily my usual aesthetic style, I still found the room and overall atmosphere very comfortable and relaxing.
In the morning, as I checked out to continue my drive to Des Moines, I met Jimmie Reed at the front desk. He was just as professional, friendly, and informative.
What really stands out about this Oklahoma City hotel is the people. Jamillqh and Jimmie were genuine, courteous, and incredibly helpful — real gems for the hotel to have on staff.
I would absolutely recommend staying here. Between the friendly staff, wonderful service, comfortable atmosphere, and central Oklahoma City location, this hotel is truly a gem.

This place is so beautiful. This is place is conveniently placed right in the upper corner of the most beautiful area in Oklahoma City that I have found outside of Nichols Hills. There are lots of great places around to visit if you have a wait. We did not. I sat outside by the big cloud then cowboy is wrangling. Dinner was great. Drinks were nice.

This was my and my husband’s first time at Cloud Puncher. The food was amazing the service was really good. I ordered the Traditional breakfast my husband ordered a breakfast burrito which looked really good and was really big. He also ordered a margarita i had a pineapple mimosa. The outside looked really pretty can not wait to come back for dinner.

Wow, what an incredible night at Cloud Puncher! Bar manager Abbey absolutely stole the show with her cocktail expertise. She shared fascinating stories about tequila and bourbon, bringing each drink to life with her passion and knowledge—her experience truly shines! Dwight behind the bar was equally amazing, making us feel so welcome with his warm and delightful vibe. And can we talk about the outdoor patio? We were very excited to try this spot in such a beautiful new area of OKC. We had an early reservation as did a few other people but were told by the very unfriendly hostess that we had to all wait in a seating area until service “officially” started. There was obviously some sort of private group/ party finishing up at the far end of the restaurant. Once seated we waited quite awhile to see a server even though there were only a few early reservations. We ordered several items from the menu to share. The food was beautifully prepared and tasted good. The decor and over all design is gorgeous. They obviously went to the trouble of hanging curtain type partitions to close of the special events area but it was not implemented which was very distracting and I’m sure annoying to the couple who was seated facing that situation. I’m sure kinks are being worked out as this is a new restaurant. Food was good, some portions rather small, service was marginal, prices were high. Glad we went once to experience the beauty of the design but most likely won’t visit again.

I needed a nearby safe place to stay after having a medical procedure.
I’m a Hilton Honors member so I was drawn to this new hotel/restaurant.
Not only was it more safe and elegant than I imagined, the employees were exceptional!! (I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone… in a good way! )
The front desk attendant, Lauren was so efficient at her job, and she possessed a sincerity rarely seen in the younger generation these days.
Then my restaurant server, Abigail is my new Surrogate-Daughter/Bestie… our vibrations were on point! (I love that girl! )
I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant/bar because of the top-shelf care and compassion for their guest.

Came in to meet some friends for one drink and ended up staying much longer because of John! He had such a great vibe that made the whole place feel welcoming and fun. You can tell he really knows his craft and enjoys what he does. I did not order food this time, but will definitely be back soon!
