It was fun to order! We speak with accent, so the girls had hard time to understand So, we had to order at the window. They were laughing!!! So did we! It made our day! The coffee is good! Small size is pretty large! The mood is more important!

Great coffee! Staff was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Parking lot was full when i got there, drive throu had a few cars so I chose to walk up to window to order. My order was taken immediately and my drink was made quickly. Delicious!

We are from down state Mi and came here to visit family. The speed at which they prepped my order and the customer service was amazing! I go to Biggby almost everyday before work and it usually takes at least ten minutes for me to order and have my drink in hand. Today it took less than 5 minutes for me to be done and pulling out of the parking lot! Thanks for great fast service! Happy 4th of July!!

Maybe the morning staff is nicer, but everything I go there, the staff is rude, and the coffee tastes bitter a gross. Ive had the coffee my friend pick up in the morning, and it tastes so much better. It’s like they don’t clean the machines throughout the day. Then again, every time I’ve been there, save for one occasion, the staff have been short and rude. They even messed up my order and outright refused to replace it and told me to buy another coffee. Idk, I’m disappointed. I’ve been to a lot of Biggby’s, and this one is by far the worst in comparison.

I just came through the drive thru (may 20th at about 3:45) and I wanted to say that I had a terrible experience. I ordered a bagel and a coffee, but when I ordered the coffee I asked for a white lightening, thinking that I was getting what was in the picture on the menu that says white lightning. After I asked for it the lady said “latte?” And I said yes assuming it was what was in the picture. Once I pulled away I thought that maybe it wasn’t the same thing so I intended on clarifying it once I was at the window. I got to the window and it was a nice young man who was there (not the lady that took my order) and I asked him if the iced latte and the cold brew were the same thing because I wanted the cold brew. The lady that took my order then walked over and started being extremely rude and saying “no you ordered a latte not a cold brew and we made it already”. I apologized to her and said “I’m sorry I didn’t realize what the difference was I just want the cold brew” she kept telling me repeatedly that the white lightening was just a flavor not the drink in the picture and that they already made it.(she literally explained to me that white lightening is a flavor at least 5 times like I was a child, as if I didn’t understand her the first time) I asked nicely if they could remake it and she was still being extremely rude to me. I will say that after listening to her practically yell at me for 30 seconds I lost my patience and said to her “I’ve worked in fast food for years and when a customer mistakenly asks for something they didn’t want we remake it for them” my tone was not nice but I certainly wasn’t even as close to being as rude as she was. I’ve been to Biggby plenty of times and this woman had NEVER been friendly and I’ve heard the same about her from family and friends. I wish I knew her name so I could include it (she has brown hair and looks to be in her 40s maybe). I hope the owner and management team are aware of how rude she is to customers and make sure she gets a serious attitude adjustment. I would just like to say that the guy who took my money was very nice and polite though, so props to him for being able to work with someone so miserable.

GREAT job this morning!! I almost didn’t drive through because I only had 10 minutes before I had to be to work. (I work a few blocks away) So I took a chance and I’m impressed!! I ordered and got my drink within 4 minutes. These girls deserve a raise! Hint hint.

We came here from out of state on a weekend trip and just needed some coffee to get us out of our morning funk to make the drive home. I were pleasantly surprised by how amazing this little place was; we tried the sausage egg and cheese on asiago with cream cheese and it was fantastically good. We also got vanilla bean lattes and a pumpkin muffin, which were also delicious. Will definitely come back here when in Michigan again.

Pulled up here on our way up north. The wife got a Mint Mocha Latte, she says it’s really good! That being said, the lady that took our order sounded really bossy & rude when taking our order & made our experience stressful.

Great customer service.
Not sure how the coffee in traverse is sooo much better. Drinks taste stale like they brew up expresso shots and let them sit? Traverse taste fresh every time. I like my beverage on the way to traverse when going to work but lately I’ve been getting it in traverse and dealing with no drink on my commute. Please figure this out so I can support the kalkaska biggby.
