Usually the food is fine
But yesterday in the evening I decided to doordash some chicken lo mein and chicken and shrimp lo mein.
Immediately after the both of us had an extremely upset stomach.
It hit me harder since I had to use the bathroom an hour afterwards, two more times in the middle of the night and once more in the morning even after taking bepto bismol.
That day I’ve ate nothing but a bit of coffee and a sandwich and my partner ate nothing at all so it was definitely from here. Ruined the experience.
The doordash bag was untampered.

I eat @ this place every time I come to mall but this will be my last time spending my money here.For 9.89 they give you less food from when it was 7.99 literally. The food ain’t they good anymore and they even charge for the sauce now…smmh I give them a 2.5

I don’t eat here often as the line is long and I usually have to have a taste for it. I do have to say that I enjoyed the noodles with beef and shrimp I ordered. I got some shrimp tempura which was ok. Their chicken egg roll was pretty good. Usually egg rolls are bland but this was pretty good. Their portion size is pretty big. I was able to eat some for lunch and took the rest home for dinner. I do like that they cook it in front of you and it’s made to order. Do expect to wait to get your meal. Like I said I don’t come here often as I have to be in the mood for it. I spent about $18 for this meal.

Got the Teriyaki Chicken and Shrimp Tempura. The food is pretty consistent although we did notice the portion size change. I like the shrimp tempura because they make it fresh.

Wasn’t too express with the food,but it tasted ok. I use to go there every time I was at the mall. They seem to have changed the boxes to smaller ones. And the taste isn’t the same to me. But that’s just my opinion. The portion was ok, I guess

The pot stickers aren’t has crispy as other locations. But the people are friendly and nice and they ask us 6 orders of pot stickers so they remember me. And atmosphere is down a little from mall construction inside and it is a mall food court kinda dark

$16 well-spent! Got Chicken Teriyaki, fried rice, a veggies, and a large diet coke. The line was long but the employees work fast! You definitely have to speak up to be heard over the ambient sounds of the mall, and the grill. The grill is regularly cleaned and looked immaculate when I went. The portions are excellent. Great amount of rice and veggies to complement the large portion of chicken I ordered. Ask for teriyaki sauce NOT FROM THE CASHIER, but as you pick up your food and the gentleman working the grill will pour extra over your meal. This is now my primary Sarku location and I couldn’t be happier. Will take my fiancé back here soon!

Has gone down hill.
I show up to this location and the kids behind the counter are on their phones and did not acknowledge me for almost a minute. One kid who first saw me tried to get the attention of the cashier and looked up at me and went back to his phone for a few seconds. I pay and my receipt does not have any expenses on it ( I can claim for work). I ask for another printout and the young guy said that he could not print another one out. No one was behind me so I know it was easy to pull of the Point of Sale Machine…..Ok….. I move down the line and the grill is filthy. I almost asked for a refund because of the guys rudeness. All in all I did not get sick the oil tasted rancid/old. Other locations around the country are on point. The Fayetteville location should be shut down.
