This is the first time my family and I have visited since the new owners took over, and I am so happy that we chose to eat in the restaurant! The service was great, the food was amazing, and the kids had so much fun playing the duck claw machine (parents bring a dollar–the okay til you win claw was a hot for my toddler’s). We will be ordering take out and also going back in person soon.

I have had petty good experiences in the past with this location but tonight was not one of those times. At 6:35pm I ordered two pizzas. I was told up front that they were under staffed and it would be a hour and a half wait. As a restaurant manager I totally understand and thanked them for the heads up. At the 3 hour point I called to check on my family’s dinner. I was told by the young man on the phone that they called me but repeated the wrong number back. When I said I have gotten no call he told me that they knocked on every door but they got no answer. I responded telling him I live in an apartment I am two feet from the door, trust me no one k locked. At this point I asked him what can we do, can he refund the money I was charged or can I get my order. He said they can deliver the pizzas, I should have asked for a refund. At ten minutes to10pm we got our pizzas almost 3 1/2 hours later and they were iced cold. I manage a restaurant trust me I get it but when my self or my staff messes up I make it right and dont blame others or argue with the customer.

It tasted good! But really cheap on the cheese and dough. Really nothing to the pizza! Not many ingredients. You get more bang for your buck at little Caesars! Probably the last time I order from Carbone’s in Prescott! New owner or not….

Say we ordered from this location yesterday and the food was cold. There was no sauce on the sandwich my daughter ordered. I ordered a BLT and the bread wasn’t toasted. The bacon was bacon bits and NOT bacon strips plus there was no mayo on the sandwich. The rest of the food was cold. When my daughter called them they said we will tell the cook. This was a $40.00 order and she got from the worker I will tell the cook? Seriously she should have given my daughter a credit. This was a bad meal in all. I loved carbones but what a disappointment. Sorry but we will NOT be ordering from here ever again. I use to manage a pizza shop and trust me if a customer was not happy we fixed it to make them happy because we wanted their continued business. Sorry but that young lady who told my daughter she would tell the cook would have been FIRED.

I don’t typically write reviews because with a good experience, I tip and with a bad experience, customer service comes into play and I do not tip. Today was my first visit to the Prescott location. Unfortunately I had both a bad experience and received even worse customer service. I ordered a single large pizza for takeout and would consider the wait very reasonable. When the pizza was brought out, it was handed to me with a “Sorry for the extra wait” which I thought was odd, but figured maybe they were just being nice. I grabbed the pizza and walked straight out the door and to my car. Upon opening the pizza, I was greeted with a pile cheese, grease and dough. The only way this pizza could have been consumed is with a spoon and that is NO exaggeration. I immediately walked back into the store which was about 60 seconds after I had left. At his point I was honestly not upset or mad. I figured they were trying to get it out quick and didn’t get the pie/crust finished. Upon manager review, I was told that the pizza must have been dropped and that it was not boxed as such. I was then able to navigate through the pile of cheese and grease in order to find a piece of the “crust” and held up what resembled a soaking wet piece of paper. The manager continued to place all of the blame on the customer (me) and would barely even look at the pizza. She ended the conversation by offering to make another but only if I would pay them again. At this point I decided to cut my losses ($16 with tip) and walked out of the restaurant. It’s safe to say that I will never be returning to this location, which is sad because I’ve had fantastic experiences at the other locations I’ve visited. I will also be advising all of my friends and family in the area to read this review before visiting this location. I could care less about the $16 but how the situation was handled is the reason I’m writing this review. Thank you and good night.
Edit: A fully cooked pizza can be tilted and/or dropped and still be edible. I did not drop the pizza and never accused the business of dropping the pizza. The point was the crust was not done, the owner took zero responsibility (you can see by her reply) and offered to make a new one on my dime. I wish you the best of luck with this business model.

I just want to be forward and share that pizzas are coming out under cooked all the time and I think this is just a common misunderstanding because it happens a lot in this area with pizza. Cheese is supposed to be golden brown on pizza when cooked and mine are consistently white barely cooked cheese. I ask for it well done now when I order and sometimes that works but it’s often when I still get an under cooked pizza. I took a picture of the pizza I ordered today it’s very “rare” cooked

Love Carbones. We order often and service is always great and great food. It can take a little long for delivery sometimes but it’s totally worth it, hey you aren’t having to leave your house to go get the food. The drivers are always so pleasant. Cheese curds, mini tacos, and chicken Alfredo are my favorites! I think the food is worth the price and they have different deals each day of the week. I definitely recommend eating here!

New owners have rocked it! The place is welcoming unlike it was before the new owners took over! There is even an awesome bar that was just recently put in. 2nd time I have eaten from this Carbone’s. We had a variety of 27 pizza’s brought in along with 2 trays full of salads for a work event. I had a little bit of everything, and it was all delicious. Everyone else had nothing but good things to say as well. Plus everything was hand delivered from the managers, along with enough plates and silverware for everyone. Great Management, Service and Food! This Carbone;s is by far the best one in the area!

Josh is the best! great service and good food when Josh is working. He even took the time to tell us the Hoggie toaster was not working. Other employees just send it untoasted without telling us. I am very happy that this restaurant changed owners and made the pizza and Hoggie better or even just edible is 100% better than what they had prior. I only wish it was more consistent in service and product. Prescott does not have enough restaurants to choose from so anytime a restaurant steps up and makes it better than before, we are more willing to support them.
