Absolutely horrible. I’ve ordered here twice and been disappointed every time. My wife ordered lasagna from here at first and it was burnt on stood and cold on others
I ordered a Philly“pubwitch” and got something completely different and when we called to fix it they were rude to my wife and I and said it was my fault. I’m never going here again and you shouldn’t either. I got better service from a vending machine.

Poca Gino’s is my number one favorite out of all the Gino’s miss Mary the manager is just fabulous and so sweet and I always have a good experience there. Their food is always on point and delicious the way I always remember Ginos food growing up.

They messed up my husband‘s order and it was very bad. It’s the second time we’ve ordered here and we’ve been disappointed both times. The food that my husband got was not the food that he ordered and when we called to rectify it, the guy was very rude about it and told us it was our fault and that we should’ve ordered something different. I don’t think we’ll ever eat here again.

bought a 12″ meatball sub for 13.17, 3 meatballs halved with lots of lettuce 13.17$ for 3 meatballs, it will be the last sub i buy..it will be the last anything i buy from you. that was the first meatball sub i have ever bought where the meatballs were halved..i’m pretty eazy to get along with as a general rule but that was ridiculous. i knew better but i figured i would give you your shot, you failed. don’t say your sorry…take the hint.

We loved Ginos when living in Fayette County and after moving back after decades of being gone, we couldn’t wait to have a pizza. He ordered a large, thick crust pizza with extra sauce and another for kids. He gets home and it looked like a 99 cent pizza from Dollar Tree. Dry as it could be, very thin crust, shattered our hopes and dreams.

My husband and I went for dinner and ordered like we normally would. We sat down and waited for over 30 minutes for our drinks and food. I went up to the counter and inquired about our food. It was sitting on top of the oven in to-go containers. They had gotten confused and mislabeled our ticket. Our food was lukewarm but edible. They were nice and refunded our meal due to the mix-up. They usually have great service and excellent food. We will definitely be back.

Food was great at Gino’s in Poca. Nice workers and good service. However, it was freezing inside the store. I had to get a sweater out of my car. Others in there were freezing as well.
