This is my favorite place to eat in sweetwater.Texas.It’s really small.And it’s kind of tucked away into a little corner off of oak street where you have to really look for it.If you’re not looking, you might drive right past it and never see it.But if you know you know, and it’s amazing, they have the best rice in town. Stopped in by accident I read the reviews for lupitas and the gps sent me there . I must have hit the wrong button anyway don’t waste your time or money the food is grotesque a can of day old dog food would be ten times better. This is what we spent 20 dollars on . The banquet tv dinner’s look better. The third picture is a tv enchilada plate and looks better than what I was served. We asked for a refund and the lady at the register refused . I think I’ll be calling the health inspector because the food looks old and bad. I’ll also be calling the better business bureau

I’ve eaten here multiple times pre-corona and take out during corona. It’s reasonable priced/good Mexican food. Staff has always been pleasant and helpful. We got enough chips with our takeout order to last us 3 days, it was honestly an impressive amount of chips.

Passing thru town to meet up with some friends, we REALLY REALLY LOVED THE FOOD! The wait staff was very polite and helpful. The service was quick and the tab was very well priced so we left a nice tip! We will definitely recommend this Mexican restaurant. It was very authentic Mexican food. I had the chimichanga and split the cheese sauce and cream sauce (they were both excellent).

Chips are fresh, they actually use queso fresco on the tostadas, and the chimichanga and quesadillas are great! My only concern is that they don’t have appetizers on the menu, so you have to ask for that obligatory chile con queso.
