I attempted to place an order online using the app. After 20 minutes of being unsuccessful, I drove all the way to the store. I walk in and asked if there’s an issue with the app and the clerk said “it’s glitchy tonight“, but I’m closing early tonight. Mind you it’s 8:30 PM. On a Saturday night. I asked why is he closing early? He answered because he’s short staffed and he’s had to close for the last three nights in a row. Not really the answer. I wanted to hear after driving 20 minutes because I could not get anybody on the phone and I could not place an online order. The crazy thing is I worked 12 hours today and I’ve gotta work another 12 hours tomorrow. Guarantee this kid doesn’t know what it’s like to work.The kid behind the counter that short staffed needs to learn about customer service. You would think with an average 2.8 star review, the owner would want to make some improvements, but I bet I will never hear back from them

Our pizza was burnt and dried up. We asked for extra pepperoni and cheese and there didn’t seem to be any extra. Our 5 cheese dip and apple dip was a thin layer on the bottom on the container the apple dip was still pretty good but the cheese dip was also over cooked. It was chunky like you can’t dip anything in it. We pretty much ate the Parmesan twist and cinnamon twists as our meal. I did call and talk to the manager and he stated he would talk to who made our order and issued us a full refund.

GO TO PIZZA HUT INSTEAD. We ordered our pizzas online for pickup with a side of Parmesan twists. Not only did they give us the wrong bread, but this is what our pizzas looked like when we opened them at home. Half of the pizza didn’t even have cheese (pizzas were flat on the drive home so we know the cheese didn’t slip). We will not be buying from this location again!

We ordered at 509. Tracker said 20. We arrive after 30 minutes and not ready. They said it will go in in about 15 minutes. That would have been 550. At 609 one of our pizzas was just getting put in the oven after an hour. There was no urgency. They where chatting and complaining about work. Someone came in and canceled because the wait. Why have tracker if it doesn’t work? Food finally came out at 620. Won’t be back. I pray the pizza is at least good.

Just ordered a bunch of pizzas for the family and they are all burnt and dry. Cheese basically evaporated. Even the pasta was pathetic one layer of noodles and so dry the noodles are crunchy. Absolutely disgusting. Need to teach employees when they pull something out that looks like trash they don’t serve it to their customers.

Ordered online. When we arrived they let me know that the first pizza came out a little more burnt than they expected so they made another one on the house and gave us both. Had to wait an extra couple of minutes but I appreciated the integrity and they kept true to their word and gave us a coupon for the delay in the order in addition to the extra pizza

I ordered online at 9:17 on a Monday on the Dominos app. The order went through, they took my money, and never made my food. We ended up driving to the store over an hour later and it was completely abandoned with an open sign. Never order here, and I want my money back.

They delivered my pizza really fast (under 30 minutes), and I live relatively far from the restaurant. It’s really good!! Pepperoni with extra cheese. If you like a good amount of sauce, you should order extra sauce. Their standard amount isn’t a lot and I like my pizza pretty saucy. The crust is PERFECT for my tastes.
