bangin bowls has to be one of the worst food trucks at the silo. basically an insult to mexican cuisine to where taco bell can be hailed as fine dining compared to this. i ordered a steak bowl for 15 bucks only for it to be half filled with wilting lettuce and ground beef.

C’mon, of all the places you could cheap out on the food container, you cheap out on the *hinge*? If you don’t want your backpack to smell like garlic, don’t put the food in your backpack. The hinge is perforated because the manufacturer thought that’s a good idea for food with liquid seasoning.

Honestly as a Latino who comes from the LA area and has tried multiple food trucks and taco stands, this place is not worth it. Overly priced for food that is mediocer. The churro ice cream desserts are over hyped and there’s nothing unique to it. It seemed like I got one scoop of ice cream when apparently you get two. I’m not being a hater, I love my people but I just have to be dead honest. As a Latino, I felt robbed by my own people.
