I have loved NYD soups and sandwiches forever! This iteration of the deli fits in well at the Peninsula Medical Center, just wish it had better visibility/advertising. I stop in even if I am not going for an appt. It’s that good!!

Was looking forward to getting a great sandwich and cup of soup for my trip home. Our whole family put in a good size to go order. By the time the food got to us at home, the soup (tomato basil) was still a good temperature and so yummy! It did NOT disappoint! However, they forgot my half sandwich with our order. My Mom called right away and told them we were missing it. And with great surprise, they asked where we lived and said they would deliver it to us! And we don’t live just around the corner (about 20 mile drive round trip). So what customer service!!!! The sandwiches were all pretty good and a great size, mine had a little too much Russian dressing, but I would try it again! And they even threw in a piece of cheesecake. :). Thanks for taking care of your customer New York Deli. We see you care so we will definitely be coming back!
