It’s sad because we truly had such a wonderful experience and the food taste amazing the first two times we ate here! But since then something’s changed… not sure whose making these pizzas, but they’ve been burning them this is the second time this has happened… We gave it another shot this time as grace because maybe it was just a bad day or new trainee error… but this is the second time this happened. We are hopeful this review helps management fix this issue because we’d love to remain loyal customers of this establishment. Aloha

Great spot if you like building your own pizza! I love how you can customize everything — crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings. The pizza comes out hot and fresh from the oven, and the flavors are really good.

Unbelievably low customer service. I felt as though the person serving didn’t even care if I existed in this world. I have a large family and I was a burden to these servers. What happened in this world. My attempts to make small talk and lighten the bad year for them only annoyed them further. Why do servers join the customers service industry if they cant stand the presence of other people.

Affordable $9.99 pepperoni and drink special. Perfect size pizza with good portion of pepperoni’s. Came with a fountain soda drink. But I bought a beer separately from the purchase. The young man taking my order was very personable, courteous and accommodating adjusting my order to add the beer. Pizza was quick and I was eating with 15 minutes. Excellent indoor and outdoor dining. I’d return for sure.

This place is always understaffed and drowning in orders, especially from online orders. I would advise the management to shut online ordering off briefly when the store starts to get overwhelmed at peak hours. There was a stack of 7 or 8 pizzas sitting for a good 5 to 10 minutes not cut or boxed on the packaging table getting cold which is not an acceptable business practice.

First time there, what a concept.. so easy to create your favorite type of pizza, bo matter what you are pizza-wise into. The restaurant is clean, the staff was really friendly and instructive as to how to build a great pizza. They have a multitude of topping choices, (wish they offered anchovy) although most people don’t appreciate the small salty fish lol. Really good, fast and reasonably priced. We frequently visit Pieology at Windward Mall, and it’s always busy—which speaks volumes! The food is consistently great, and the customer service is just as impressive. The staff are warm, welcoming, and always respectful. They truly embody the spirit of Aloha.
