Condiments were mostly gone. Every bread was gone EXCEPT Italian herbs and cheese. The only cheese available was American cheese. The girl working at 8PM on 8/8/25 was extremely rude. We had more food than we could physically carry in one trip and the girl refused give us a bag. When the malw worker in back tried to come up and help she audibly screamed at him and berated him. I normally don’t make negative reviews like this unless they’re earned and this one was earned as it was the second time in a week that we’ve had this experience. We will not patronize this Sub-way as long as she’s behind the counter.

This was first time in this subway. Customer Service was impeccable. I was greeted warmly and wasn’t rushed on deciding my options. Even was told “Today is free cookie friday”, i did get one for sure! Was asked if wanted toasted bread, what kind of cheese. ALL impeccable! Store was very clean and tidy. Had underage employees working, pretty sure no adults were on duty, still surprised employees were professional and all appropriate as expected to be, even when i was only customer eating. Extremely impressed at such young people’s work ethics. I haven’t seen that in such a long time in this economy, that is the way it should be. I DEFINITELY will recommend this subway whenever anyone tells me they are going to Nekoosa. Thank you for your commitment to customer service!

Super Rude Employees and just throw ingredients on the sub. Not sure if it’s a requirement to have a poor attitude and no manners and be rude to work at this Subway location but the last several times I went in here the workers were very rude. 2 different girls the last 2 times. Every customer in the store each time even commented on it. If you hate your job so much find a different one. I left without ordering this time due to the disrespect the elderly woman ahead of me received.

Workers are disrespectful telling me to stop messing around while trying to decide. It takes people more than one second to decide, terrible service. They are lucky I was in a rush and hungry because if I wasn’t I wouldn’t have gave them by business. They also took my 70 cents in change. I might not ever go back to that subway.

The girl working today, I forgot her name I’m sorry. But she is always polite, quick, and friendly. She is always very nice and friendly every time we are there. She goes above and beyond for her customers. This girl needs a raise in books cause she is amazing and works quick and hard then most people today. She’s a keeper.

I highly recommend training your staff thoroughly on your sandwiches. Many times I have gotten a footlong sub with the amount of meat that goes on a 6 inch. That’s something they should probably know.
