Not a bad place to spend the evening, the oysters were good, both raw and fried, the fried clam strips were crispy. Apparently Monday is the day to get oyster buckets as they are $25 instead of the normal $35 Wednesdays are lobster night and they have too many options to list all the way down too $60 all you can eat. It was over all a good time, and I will be going back again soon.

I really like this place, I’m always looking for good raw oysters and these were very good! My girlfriend had a shrimp basket and She loved it too! Clam strips were super tasty, the service was great, and quick! The Staff was very attentive, and we will be going back soon!

Best seafood I have ever had!!! I will be returning soon! People that review horrifically on here must have a bad day because every restaurant has its ups and downs but the service was great! Sure they get busy but their human and they’re working their butts off! I only review restaurants when I had a tremendous experience!! Love the owners here and their family.

I came in tonight when there was only three customers. I know that one was Tami Martin from her review.. I witnessed the interaction with the “cook” over, what Ms Martin, thought was “bad fish”. The fish was perfect but retained a small bit of skin, because it is truly fresh fish! The cook simply (Not yelling), asked if she had tried it. She basically said she didn’t even want to try it! The “cook”, the owners wife, without a word took it off the Bill! Ms Martin actually told the waitress that she was taking the cooks attitude out of her tip and left nothing! I haven’t seen such low class behavior in a very long time. She was from out of town and I am so glad of that! I am a native Floridian and eat here with other natives and those that appreciate great, fresh seafood, done right! I am so proud to have a place like this in my town!

I wish I could have given this a lower rating. The food was poorly cooked. The gator bites were like leather. My fish was supposed to be blackened but came out like rubber and drowned in some unknown sauce. The owner kept looking at me with an angry state. The only positive thing was my waitress. She was kind courteous and performed her job with a smile. The building is an absolute dump.

Had the friday special Lobster,shrimp and sea scallops with a dozen lightly steamed oysters broiled. It was great liked the seasoning lots of garlic loved it. A daily special for everyday of the week. Outside seating which was great on this day it was cool and overcast with a breeze.

Had fish and scallops and it was great! The gatortail was good a well. Erin our server was very nice and attentive. Will be back to try the burgers. Already know the fries are really good!

I read the reviews on Louie’s before I went for dinner, some good, some tearable. Well the food was tearable , the waitress was great. We ordered the fish of the day, we were told it was grouper, I’m not sure if it was or not. The breading was so thick and over cooked I couldn’t tell what it was. I called the waitress over to complain about one piece being all batter, she apologized,( not her fault) . The cook brought out another piece of fish and it was just as bad. It was time to go, I was waiting for the check, but the poor waitress was busy shucking oysters behind the bar, she was the only one working the front. So many other choices of places to eat, boy did I screw up on this choice!

The best restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life! GREAT service, FANTASTIC food, VERY clean. Everything is always fresh and very yummy!! Oysters are delicious, and prices are great!!!Also Louie always makes it feel like we’re at home!
