Black owned business!!! Let’s support our people! I love coming here & ordering the large vanilla shake. It tastes very homemade & made with love. This is my favorite ice cream shop & I will continue to return here. Don’t forget to give them your number so you can earn points. I have no complaints at all. The ambiance is very chill, the employees are friendly and they all work together well.

Black owned business with great customer service. Awesome selection of ice cream that includes hard to find Black walnut and banana nut and seasonal sweet potato pie and pound cake flavors. Low prices with big scoops. They also have cookies and cake. I will definitely be coming back.

31 ain’t got no flavor on Ken’s. The ice cream here doesn’t taste like ice milk. With a variety of flavors to choose from, along with multiple toppings, you will absolutely enjoy. The staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely a hidden gem you must expirence. ✨️

Got the peanut butter chocolate and the horchata flavors: they were really good!
The peanut butter comes in chunks, so there’s either very little or very large peanut butter flavor, and the chocolate was very rich.
The horchata kind of reminded me of like a churro flavor.
Neither ice cream was too sweet (not even the peanut butter).
The portion was huge. It’s too scoops of ice cream for a “single”, which is about $5-6 depending on cup vs cone.
Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
There’s a $0.50 charge to use credit card.
There’s tons of parking available.

This place is a hidden gem. Blink and you’ll miss it. The ice cream is delicious! I’m taking my kids back there this weekend. They are so kind and patient and we had a fun chat with the owners and some other patrons while we were there. They have lots of yummy ice cream flavors and generous scoops. The wall is covered with pictures and accolades it felt very warm and welcoming. This plaza is a little run down, but that’s no reason to pass up such a great ice cream parlor. It’s on Avalon in the plaza with the KFC and the Dollar Tree, right behind the donut shop.
