Bigby Coffee is easily one of the best coffee spots I’ve ever been to. I ordered the strawberry matcha, and it was absolutely amazing—way better than the one at Starbucks! If I could, I’d seriously go there every single day. Their bagels and brownies? So good. Like, really good—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The customer service is also top-notch. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The atmosphere at Biggby is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. Overall, it’s a 5-star experience through and through. Highly recommend!✨️✨️

Unless you have 10-15 minutes to spare I would not bother going through the drive thru. If there’s 2-3 cars in front of you expect to wait 20+ minutes in line. I thought this was just an issue when they first opened up but it’s March and I’ve encountered the same issue multiple times. Food and drinks are good but not worth the wait.

Been here twice. Had a lovely experience both times. Coffee prices are competitive. Very good flavor as well! Received my order fairly quickly considering the employees there are new, as this establishment is also new as of the time of this writing. There is indoor seating and restrooms for paying customers. The place is kept clean and smells great! The owners are also very nice. The lady gave my daughter a small cup of flavored milk and 2 balloons. Very friendly staff. Menu is simple but plentiful.

The girl that was working the register with the scorpion tattoo and glasses was rude and she kept messing up our order and forgot to make 2 of our bagels and instead of apologizing she tried to say that I only ordered one bagel and after double checking she finally made our order to later find out on our drive home that she didn’t even make the bagels correctly.we had to to wait for over 40 minutes just to get our complete order. We have been to this location before and love the food and customer service I just don’t believe she represented the business correctly and left me with a bad taste for the location.

Ive been here a few times already. The coffee is good as expected from most biggby locations. The service at this specific location has been subpar and very inconsistent. It seems their staff isnt always fully trained, or just not paying attention. At first i assumed it was because they were “new” but ive seen them before so thats obviously not the case. Other similar comments seem to confirm theyre inconsistent when honoring their own specials and charge full price. First time i went through for the 2.99 drink, was charged the full amount but chalked it up to a mistake as i was in a rush. Second time i stopped by i mentioned the special and was charged the right amount. Go in today for the 1$ sale and get a latte thats supposed to be 3.99, i was charged FULL PRICE for both, i was in a rush but asked for a receipt as i scan for personal reasons, lo and behold 6.39 for the 16oz latte and 3.39 for the iced cofee. I understand charging me for extras, but nothing was listed as extra, nothing was listed aside from the regular drink names. I shouldnt have to remind the store of their own happy hour or sales. This is ridiculous. BE SURE TO CHECK THE TOTAL BEFORE PAYING AND REMIND THEM OF THEIR OWN SPECIALS since it seems they just want to avoid actually honoring those. The drinks are fine, they overdo it on some of the syrups/flavors but that tends to happen at other locations as well. If u can go to the other one down on randall you should, otherwise still better than dunkin atleast ♂️

Amazing coffee. The amount of options on the menu is insane. Anything you like is on the menu And if you’re in the mood for trying something adventurous this is the spot. With coffee they also have great food.
It’s a nice spot to just relax and decompress. Staff is amazing. They’re knowledgeable and flexible to your needs.
