Nice bright lit place. Food is good and fresh. Great service. Had the vermicelli and grilled pork and was not disappointed. The ingredients were fresh, meat was fragrant and flavorful. Fish sauce had a kick to it and plenty of tang. Would come try the other lunch items.

Bun bo hue tasted bland. Fish sauce was too salty to dip food with. The rice cake with fried shrimp had the greasy taste. I guess the cook will need to drip the oil more before serving. I don’t recommend pork chop at all. It didn’t marinated enough and it’s losing the Vietnamese lemongrass and special taste.
I gave three stars because I had tried their other location. If this location can match the quality and taste better, it will earn my family’s business back. Otherwise, we will just go to the valley location.

First time here, and overall disappointed. One star for the cleanliness, and one star for the 5 Star Pho. We would not recommend the spicy noodle soup. This place is so hot! No outside table, so we have to sit inside with no fan or AC. We asked for the AC first time, and no one respond, we were just ignored. And the second time, we asked the waiter directly, informed that they did not have an AC so they can only open the door. It was 90 degrees and eating noodle soup with no fan or AC is miserable. So please do not go to this place during summer day time unless you want to get all sweaty.
And we doubt that “they have no AC” because we heard the waiter asked someone if they can turn on the AC, and we saw the AC control by the restroom door. Won’t come back anyways.

Amazing Vietnamese food from Central VIetnam! If you like bun bo hue, banh nam, banh beo and many other delicious dishes from Hue, check this place out. No need to go South to Garden Grove or Westminster to get your fix. I will sure go back there for more delicious dishes.
