I ordered 2 pizzas with extra pepperoni and mushroom. Hardly any pepperoni or mushrooms. The kids were sad they thought I messed up the order and didn’t get mushroom. I walked in to pick up and the the server finishing up the pizza handed me the pizza like it was an inconvenience for him did say anything to me after I said thank you just walked away to talk to his coworkers.

Disappointing experience at Papa John’s. We ordered a large Philly steak sandwich and large cheese pizza for pickup. While the cheese was decent, the Philly steak ($20) was a letdown. Instead of generous steak portions, we found mostly onions and bell peppers, with barely 5 pieces of steak.
For a first-time visit, this was underwhelming. The quality and value didn’t match the price. Unfortunately, this will also be our last visit. Expected more from Papa John’s.

i’d give a 0 if i could pu an order for my daughter on my way home got home and she noticed the 2 liter drink missing along with the ranch dressing we were charged for so went back no apologies just looked up the order and handed me a bag with the missing items the pizza made 2 family members sick and it’s not the first time we’ve had extremely rude service

Works pizza barely had any cheese on it. It’s as if they threw the toppings on the dough then sprinkled some cheese on top. Not what I expected. I asked for well done and it wasn’t. I call the store they don’t answer. Horrible service.

I really like Papa Johns but I usually order from a different location. I was visiting my mom and we decided to have some pizza. My bad for not reading the reviews before placing the order. Horrible experience. To start, the wait time was from 50minutes to an hour. I called to make sure they had the right address because the system would not allow me to put “west”. They said the driver was 7 to 10 minutes away. 25 minutes later and the driver had not yet arrived with the pizza. Called 7 times and no answer, they would just kept putting me directly on hold. Horrible customer service! Pizza arrived 30 minutes after they said it was 7 to 10 minutes away. The pizza was almost cold and we ordered soda and it was warm. Never ordering from here again.

I ordered on the app and was notified my order was ready. I proceeded to pick up my order and once I arrived at the store the staff was unaware of the status of my order. After a brief moment of confusion, they realized the delivery driver had taken my order. They called the driver and they returned to the store to drop off my order. I was handed the order by the nice cashier and I left with my food after a considerable wait. Unfortunately, the staff was unable to communicate effectively due to my Spanish not being great. The Cashier was cute, unfortunately, I was unable to communicate with her and ask for her number.
