I ate at The Grün Hexe Kitchen and Catering yesterday and had the mushroom risotto which was absolutely perfect creamy rich and full of deep earthy flavors without being overpowering and the texture was spot on I originally couldn’t decide between the risotto and the goat cheese polenta so I went with the risotto first just to see how good the restaurant would be and it did not disappoint which is why I had to come back today to try the polenta and I am so glad I did because it was amazing velvety smooth with just the right amount of tangy goat cheese making every bite melt in my mouth and then I had the elderberry hibiscus lemonade which was ridiculously good so refreshing and balanced with a perfect blend of floral and fruity notes and the ambiance of the restaurant made the whole experience even better warm inviting and cozy while still feeling stylish and unique. So if you are in West Bend WI and want thoughtfully crafted delicious food you need to check out The Grün Hexe highly recommended five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love this place! Came here for dinner for the first time on a Tuesday early evening. The decor is very inviting and charming. The service was great and the food was terrific. Had the green citrus iced tea which was so good fresh brewed. My sister and I shared the bruschetta and it was so tasty and delicious. We both got a bowl of mushroom risotto and it was very good and came with a perfect piece of bread with butter. I can’t wait to go back!

This place is incredible! My new favorite restaurant! Everything we ordered was excellent and very fresh. The menu has so many good options it was difficult to pick, will be returning soon to try more options. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The atmosphere is very cute and cozy, love the decorations. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Lovely dinner on a Friday night. Ate inside but could easily have eaten outside. Order and pay at the counter then food is brought to you. We ordered the Sangria and an NA beer. For dinner we ordered Ratatouille with goat cheese polenta and Mushroom Risotto. So delicious! For dessert the Strawberry Mouse Cake! We will be returning.
