Dear Subway,
I’m sure you know that jalapeños and ghost peppers are not the same thing. And if you don’t your customers do. I went in looking for the jalapeño cheese bread but it was not listed. Thought I’d try the ghost pepper option instead. Anyways, my sandwich is good. Just wanted to touch on the product advertisement…just false.

Wanted to try the new protein pocket. Got the peppercorn ranch chicken. They did not put ranch on it and they did not toast it. So it was just a dry cold chicken wrap. Take-out so I didn’t notice until I got home.

I am a regular at this location around lunch time. Sandwiches are always made great. They have some really nice workers, Natalia and Janett always make you feel welcome, they make an effort to make the customer service experience great, and always simply go above and beyond the call of duty on a day to day basis!

Visited this location recently now that I am working again in the area.

Nice little spot that is not as over busy as other locations which I prefer. Cleaner and more welcoming.

Natalia has taken great care of me, building really good subs and wraps. She is very amicable, attentive and shows that she cares about the guests. She deserves a raise and commendation.
