Finally got to try Hoodrolls after seeing so many positive reviews — and let me just say, no lies were told! My husband and I ordered the Buff Roll and the BBQ Nachos, and both were absolutely delicious. Full disclosure: we couldn’t even finish the nachos in one sitting! Generous portions, great flavor, and amazing food overall. We’ll definitely be back!

Im really at a loss for words. Im going to tell that this food was absolutely amazing! The wings were fried well the salad was large and fresh. The wings flavors I had were Buffalo and Lemon pepper. I can’t wait to go back and try other things on the menu. Dont cheat yourself treat yourself. Try them please!

First time going there & experience was awful. The girls in the kitchen wearing tank tops had an attitude with me as well as the cashier. They let us place a order on something they didn’t have in stock because it was not communicated with the cashier. My food didn’t look like the picture. Just a really bad experience all around. The first picture with fries on the plate is what I wanted! (Got the photo off of the website) the big back rolls but I was served something that looks nothing like that. I even showed them the picture. The last picture is a picture of the seafood rolls that my friend said was good, but that’s not what she originally ordered because they didn’t have it. We were the first ones in there that ordered the last ones to get our food. 40mins of waiting…. and no, the other people did not call their order ahead they walked in and ordered about 12mins after us. I was not impressed, unfortunately. And that’s disappointing cause I had very high hopes.

Nachos-meat, vegatables, cheese all fresh. 10/10, only $10 dollars.
$4 Queso fries, fresh and season to perfection with cheese. 10/10.
Building clean, air feel amazing 10/10.
Customer service. 10/10 . Seen someone training somebody (look like on the grill) and she took her time. The girl in the front handle customers left to right. People wasting stuff she trying to clean it instantly. Along with taking orders.
The boss/owner. Idk his name. He is an amazing person. He literally set and there and listen to people opinions and try to make everything right. Had a long conversation and he really care about his business. Second time being there and I enjoyed everything. I was even able to make my kids a lil bowl of my nachos. Ill most definitely be back. Thank you. Hoodrolls.

Glad I waited to leave my review!! The eggrolls 10/10, the Hood Turkey & Cheddar sandwich 10/10! The fries were not fresh when I got them unfortunately. The service on Friday was not super welcoming or helpful, but I went again on Sunday and it was a totally different experience. The staff was very welcoming and was helpful in recommending things on the menu. My friends and I even got a chance to speak with one of the managers about our experience. He was very accepting and appreciative of our feedback.

the place was PACKED, the line was to the door the entire time I was there. the environment of the restaurant is top tier, staff is super welcoming. I only had to wait 25 mins, my food was super fresh and accurate, and I spent less than $30!
they were sold out of several items, but they have a variety of items so I was easily able to order something else, and was OVERLY satisfied with how it turned out.

From the moment I walked in the atmosphere and customer service was great. I had time to look at the menu and ask questions without being rushed. The owner Chris was very friendly and professional. The staff Tyneisha, Travis, and LJ, were all friendly, they made the dining experience even better. They all seem to work very well together. I got the honey hot wings with lemon pepper seasoning and fries and it was delicious. The fries was seasoned very well and they didn’t taste like grease. The wings were not dry and they had the right amount of hot and sweetness. I also had the buffalo chicken eggroll and it was very good usually when I hear buffalo it’s not very spicy but these offered a perfect kick. I rate it a 10/10 and I will definitely be back.
