Best Hawaiian I’ve had in a long time. BBQ with chicken, bacon, Canadian ham, pineapples, banana peppers, and black olives or onions. Or both! Try a vegie pizza too. Bells, black olives, mushrooms, tomatoes, and spinach with marinade. Top it with pepperoni if you need a meat. Only thing negative I can say is the pepperoncinis that come with the pizzas are terrible. Dry and taste off. Thats why I’m giving 4 stars. It’s like that at every store and it’s why I just buy a jar from a market instead. Otherwise you can’t beat BIG Papa’s pizza. Cheese stuffed EVERY TIME!

We ordered from here on Friday night and had the best experience. The 3 girls working were swamped but still got our food out in a timely manner and it was DELICIOUS. The manager was very kind to us and apologized multiple times for me having to wait a little longer for our food to finish. Will be back soon!

Rude staff. I ordered 10 large pizza, 1 extra large pizza and 2 cheese sticks. Lots of boxes. Ordered online and paid for online. When I arrived the young lady working asked my name. She then began bringing the pizzas to the counter. The first stack was on the counter in front of me. I started to read the tags to double check the order since it was so large. I noticed one said BBQ sauce. I said out loud what is BbQ sauce. She replied something along the line of that is how it was ordered and it was paid online. I said I realize that because I am the one that ordered it. She then proceeds to tell me I need to start taking the boxes to my car because they need to be out of the way because they have other customers coming in. There was no other car in the lot and nobody approaching the door or even inside. She was very rude. If I ordered that many pizzas I can take less than a minute to read the boxes. I told her i would get them but there was no one behind me so it was alright. She then proceeded to say something again about that is how they were ordered and needed to be moved. I was polite and don’t say anything else but that was rude. Never did she ask do you need any help taking these to your car. No just hurry and move them for all the invisible customers. Now I know why this location had such bad reviews. The man working didn’t bother to say anything. Very poor customer service!

Still out of what I wanted even though they said multiple times it would be in. If you can’t rely on a company to have the items on their menu then it’s time to move on to a company who does. I’ll not be ordering from here anymore.
7/29 I like Papa John’s so I was tempted to order from here again. WHAT A MISTAKE. The order was shorted Manager was of no help and was rude, and didn’t bother to check my order history. Chat Support was a joke and all it did was tell me to call customer service. Customer service was worse. I couldn’t understand what she was saying half the time and even though she wanted to “help me with my urgency” I’m looking at 48 hours before a response. In 2024 that is unacceptable. I promise you, you are better off ordering From The Pizza Place or Dominos.

I ordered 2 pizzas garlic knots and a brownie. My husband got the order while I was out and when I got home they didn’t give us the cheese pizza. I hate anything but cheese, I called and told them. They called back a few min later and told me they would remake it and bring it out.
An hour and a half later I look up to see what time they close. They closed at 10 pm and it was quarter to 11. So. All in all. I got no dinner but garlic knots and they lied and said they would bring my pizza out and not do it. Closed and didn’t even have the decency to call me and let me know it wasn’t coming and offer me my money back for that pizza I never got.

Until a few months ago, this place was 5 stars. However, a few months back, we had a horrible experience with delivery times and the store being unable to convert my order from delivery to carry out without either losing my papa points or keeping the deliver charge on the order. Okay, so what. I got over it, picked up my pizza and when I got there, everyone was standing around. They looked stoned (not typically one to judge, except it’s affecting something I’m paying money for) and they had no orders. Nothing on their screens, nothing on the pickup shelf. Nada. Maybe I missed something, but it was like the place was abandoned and the employees were bored. However, it would take 2 hrs to get my pizza? I took a survey, they emailed me and I decided to give it a few months before going back. Today we gave it another try. BIG mistake. Again with the 2 hour delivery time (I should have just picked it up) and while they got it here in an hour, my pizza was cold and not well done like I had ordered it. My bread sticks were great and the employees are always nice, but damn. We had already eaten a snack to hold us over the expected 2 hour wait time when it showed up and then I had to recook my own pizza. Unfortunately, and I’m honestly sad to say it, but we won’t be coming back. This place needs some better management holding their employees accountable and setting high quality standards. #RIPpapajohns. I’ll be going to Pizza King from now on.

Always a good product, which is typical for most Papa John’s, but I’ve always found the staff in Connersville to be quick n’ friendly. The kitchen usually gets it done faster than the app says they will, and they have often given me extra dipping sauces when I ask. Small gestures like that mean a lot!
