Food was good but I literally had 6 bites worth of food when I ordered a stake & cheese in a bowl. I can’t even blame the employees they’re just following protocol. Definitely not worth what I paid.

I absolutely love Jersey Mike’s But the customer service here was Terrible Manager was very Unprofessional /disrespectful. They messed up my order and he didn’t believe me so opened up the sandwich and snatched it from my hands when I told him the other employee said I would be able to keep the sandwich since they messed up and it’s gonna take another 20 minutes for Me to get my order he completely ignored me and just walked away. Jersey Mike’s is praised for its customer service & previously, I’ve never had a bad experience at any other location. This location didn’t live up to the expectations, Poor management.

Went here yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. My mom decided to have a round 2 tonight and we sized down from the meals we purchased yesterday and somehow the bill was $6 more than yesterday, as well as $6 more than on the app?? Very weird, don’t know if I’ll be returning.
Edited to add: got a response to call. I did indeed, and whoever responded was not available. I left my information and still no call back, so I’m positive this business is not enthused to improve and frankly considering it’s a fast food chain I can’t say I’m surprised. I’ve decided I won’t be returning. Save your money and patronize a local food establishment.

The employees at this location are amazing!! All were very hard working and ensured that my sandwich was exactly what I wanted. I really enjoyed my experience today. Happy 4th to all their staff members working today!!!

Was so happy to hear that they were opening a Jersey Mike’s in Middletown. The inside is very nice, plenty of seating, and the subs are fresh and filling. Had a slight issue with my order, but an employee fixed the issue quickly and made it right! Great customer service – which you can’t get everywhere.

Easily the worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. Server was extremely rude to the guest in front of me and when I asked to grill my sandwich the server complained about it taking more time even though the store was essentially empty.
