When you order pizza from a popular chain you don’t expect the pizza to show up terribly under cooked. One pizza was cooked ok… the other was so under cooked…. the sauce was runny making the crust horribly soggy! The crust was still doughy and on the raw side… The green peppers were not even cooked… and it was virtually impossible to hold a piece of pizza in your hand. Look at the picture… the pizza is so soggy and limp when you lifted the pizza all the toppings slipped right off. So VERY terribly disappointed! The only reason I even gave this 2 stars is because 1 pizza was ok…. the other went into the trash!!!… completely inedible! A waste of $53 dollars! Save your money…. or order elsewhere

I know its sounds cliché but if I could give negative stars I would!!! We waited over 2.5 hours. We were lied to several times that we called in. I finally called in to cancel the order and the lady that answered was rude and was very nonchalant like oh well that’s what our time is. I explained that the email stated a certain time and she said it doesn’t. My nephew was very disappointed he didn’t get his pizza 0 out 10!!! Don’t recommend

Pretty good place to get pizza. They also have great customer service.
My only complaint is that they changed their green hatch Chile cheese sticks. They are using some kind of pickled canned Chile. Doesn’t even look like the picture on the website. Either way they taste gross. So disappointed 🙁

Just received my pizzas. They were both cold . One did not have the toppings spread over the pizza and I ordered crushed red pepper and napkins and was told it was in the box and they don’t give those items…
One pizza had a half yellow pepper. I am hoping was not bitten..over all disappointing

I don’t know what all these Karen’s are crying about. I go here once a week. Zza is always tip top. Employees always super courteous. Zza is always fresh. Can’t please everyone I guess. Keep up the good job boyz!

Ordered 3 items. The pizza looked like it was dropped. Called the store and the lady implied we were lying. Said they would deliver another pizza but had to pick up the old one to make sure pieces weren’t missing. Delivery driver was kind and apologized but the lady answering the phone needs better customer service.

I ordered through Uber eats . Service was great and on time . However , could you guys put less sauce on the wings !!! ( being sarcastic) this boneless bites are the driest I have ever had in my life . Also they were supposed to be Lemmon and spicy …. Not spicy . And lemon I suppose it’s a whisper of lemon from the spirits of the ones that were sliced . Because I can barely tell there’s any lemon at all . Overall the other 2 items were fine . Except the boneless bites .
