Great service today! Rain went above and beyond to make sure our large order was correct. The food was hot and fresh, and the service was super fast. The staff here is awesome. They greeted me immediately at the counter and was very efficient. Best Popeyes in town!

I have been twice since they reopened and both times the experience has been good. I go inside and dine in as I cannot stand cold chicken. Both times the chicken was hot and fresh. The sides were good as well. The dining room and restroom were clean. The employees were friendly and service fast. The drink machine in the dinning room did not have ice, but the young lady behind the counter quickly got me ice from the drive through machine. Both times were at lunch so I cannot speak to service later in the day.

Ive been back twice since they reopened and thought things had changed for the better! Well tonight we decided to attempt and get food around 6:30. As we pulled up we noticed a ton of people inside waiting. We pulled up to the drive thru and it took the lady a while to even come ask for our order. As we proceeded to tell her what we wanted she huffed and puffed in irritation and yelled “drop another 4 tenders” like we were inconveniencing HER. whatever. We pulled around and began looking at the reviews and noticed someone recently left a review stating they waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for their order to be wrong. After waiting 15 minutes we decided to just leave. The other 2 times prior were during the day and those times were great! Idk if its just the night shift but yall need to get it together. I will not be back until you fix your crews shitty attitudes and terrible customer service.

I came in pretty late tonight, and wanted to eat inside since I drive for a living. I walked inside and ordered and LaKita (sorry if I butchered the spelling) served me. She was so kind and professional and it was honestly so nice having a positive interaction with someone. She definitely went above and beyond with the positive attitude that she had with me and it was a great ending to my day especially since I don’t talk to many people day to day haha. After a short talk she told me she is the new assistant manager at this location and I firmly believe she will go on to be a great leader. Thank you so much for your kindness today LaKita.

Okay so I know that this location has changed ownership and yall its definitely for the better.My husband stopped at this location last night for dinner and early today he asked me “what do you want for dinner?”I said “popeyes”. What we ate last night reminded me of when I first tried popeyes chicken it was so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.I highly recommend this location and by the way we now live in one county over from Monroe but its worth it. To the new owners please keep up the excellent work and may the Lord bless and keep you always.

Incredibly poor service. The lady who took my order was chewing some food while taking my order. I grew up in this town so I understand the dialect but the workers here are nearly unintelligible. I really hate to say that but if someone stopped here from out of town they would really have a hard time. The few workers were not interested in bantering with each other than helping customers. I will say the place seems spotless, bright and clean and the food was good. only wanted the three pieces finger combo but she sold me the 5 piece. Nearly $14. The wait time is horrible too.
BTW while I was eating in the dining room three different drive thru customers came in with incorrect orders.

So. This place was a new location and apparently closed down for a while for what I imagine was rebranding. The first time I went, my chicken sandwich tasted very old and dry…rubbery even. Never went back. I recently went back after they re-opened, and I won’t be returning. The girl at the drive thru-speaker sounded like she hated life. I ordered a simple order of cheese bites. They were dried out, old, and had a rubbery texture like they were at least half a day old. No thanks. I’ll go elsewhere. Whatever they did when they closed the restaurant down for months didn’t help at all. I don’t recommend going here at all! I have a photo of my old, dried up food, but not sure how to post it.

My first visit since reopening of the restaurant. The food was very good. I ordered the family 20 piece with beans & rice and biscuits. It was all fresh and hot. I’ll go back soon.

This was my 3rd visit since the re-open and it is still a train wreck. Corporate really need to get in there and train the staff. Though they were polite, there is zero structure and the wait times (both for a cashier and on your order) are always 15 plus minutes for a sandwich. The poor customer at the drive thru was there even longer. The food was tasty but the unorganization and wait times are the Achilles heel of this place. When I walked in there were 3 customers waiting at a table that greeted me with, “You should go elsewhere u less you like to wait.” That’s a bad sign in itself. I hope it gets dialed in.
