Love this store and the employees so much! They are so kind everytime we go in, my daughter loves going in & seeing one girl specifically because she always asks about her day or comments on her outfits, today she gave us a freebie clown cone and made our entire weekend! The owner is just as kind to us, I am just horrible with remembering names, thank you!!

Great to find a location thats essentially in the heart of Millington. We were able to stop by and grab a couple of 3 scoop bowls while working in the area.
I found the cotton candy, mango and strawberries and cream to be a wonderful combination. Go by and check them out!

Just left with my family. We came for a sweet treat after a nice pool day. The ladies on staff didn’t know the manager.. Livya became the spokeswoman for everyone. “We don’t know her number, we can’t give out her number, idk her email”…. But if you are willing to provide poor customer service, be willing to give the manager/owner number out as well. Im suppose to wait till Monday to call and talk to the owner Ms.Jen, or Ms. somebody. The name changed several times as well. If u are working in a service based job… be willing to serve all ethnicities AND be kind to all ages… not just your kind. It’s a shame, those ladies were so young, and the hatefulness was so real. I do however appreciate the African American young lady, once she realized what happened… she tried to save the experience. I do believe this was Olivia. I could be wrong… they provided their names at the end( supposedly). Olivia, Livya, Audrey, and Brooklyn, are the names provided. We won’t be back. My money is no good there. I will definitely pass it on to my fellow vets, moms, and more.

Was recommended by a co worker.. worst mistake. Rude , no urgency, couldn’t care less about our app order. App said it would be done at 4:30 they said they start the order at 4:30 then said they didn’t get the order ! I should have read reviews . No knowledge of how to refund my money

I went in this past Saturday around 6:30p ordered the two scoop sundae and since Saturday night I have been sick as a dog. Pretty sure I got food poisoning from there. Haven’t been able to work for the past two days. Not sure if the ice cream or the hot fudge made me sick. But I won’t be going back.

Warning to all people who are ordering their food items from Baskin-Robbins on Doordash, these two women are lazy, nasty, and need to be fired. I ordered my food to be delivered several times hoping to have better results and still the same. Someone in management needs to look at what those girls are doing specifically to the Doordash orders. They are treating customers who are patronizing this business like trash. If I ordered three scoop, Three different flavors, why did you give me a half scoop in one big cup with one flavor? No utensils and also you cheated me out of my money. I’m not going to make threats but next time I’ll just have to pay a visit up there because I don’t understand why Baskin Robbins is still open and running a business???????????

Normally, this Baskin Robbins is a 10/10. However, today I don’t know who was there, but my mom went for me and she said some boy working there charged her separately for everything even the cherry that comes with it. I told her not to get it if he wanted to argue with her on the price but she got it anyway. It came out to be $22 for a waffle cup and two scoops of ice cream which was not right. I like it when the girls are there because they know what they’re doing. Other than that they should train the new people accurately.

As long as I’ve lived in the area I never understood how Baskin Robbins was able to maintain. I’m not big on ice cream so going there wasn’t on my things to do list. Everytime I drive by there’s never cars there and today I understood why. I went in and Whitney was absolutely amazing! She is so kind, polite, professional, fast, and informative. The short time I was there she helped four people with their needs and got them in and out. She gave me background to the flavors in question and was so sweet. She is such an asset to the company. I’ll definitely be back because of her and how great the ice cream was. 10 out of 10.

The past 2 visits I’ve gotten my favorites, bubble gum and chocolate chip cookie dough, but rarely find more than 3 or four pieces of bubblegum and only 3-4 chunks of cookie dough in my paper cup. Recipe hasn’t changed, still delicious, but where are the multiple pieces of bubblegum and cookie dough? Are they cutting costs? Feel cheated!
